Easy Setup and Kanban Boards with Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and set up from scratch. I liked how the Kanban-style boards worked. Assigning tasks and subtasks was simple. Customer support chat was always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, honestly. Sometimes deleting tasks seemed unintuitive, but you learned pretty quick the terminology used to delete vs move vs archive tasks.

With a large marketing team, Asana made it easy to know what everyone was doing on any given day. We would have our Monday team meeting just going through the platform and it made it much clearer where we were and what had to be done.

Asana stands out for its ease of use and ease of implementation, allowing teams to get started quickly with minimal onboarding effort. It is used frequently for day-to-day task tracking and collaboration due to its intuitive interface and clean workflows. While it offers a solid number of features for planning and coordination, it remains lightweight rather than overly complex. Ease of integration with common productivity tools further enhances its usability, and overall customer support has been reliable and responsive when assistance is needed.

Asana solves the problem of scattered work and lack of visibility by centralizing tasks, timelines, and ownership in one place. It helps structure day-to-day work, making priorities, dependencies, and deadlines clear across teams. This benefits me by improving organization, reducing follow-ups and manual tracking, enabling smoother collaboration, and ensuring work progresses in a more predictable and efficient manner.
Effortless Task Organization and Delegation for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing and delegating tasks to other team members and following up is as easy as writing a comment within a task
What do you dislike about the product?
From a cost perspective, Asana is a very expensive platform. If you want all the bells and whistles like SAML and guest permissions, you may need to pay over $30/month per user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of who is doing what, by when. It benefits us because it allows to see in real time what work is being done.

Another thing I like about Asana is the integrations it supports with other software in our tech stack. These integrations are really valuable and make Asana a versatile tool for our projects. The initial setup was also pretty easy, which made getting started a breeze.

Easy, Intuitive Tool for Non-Project Managers
What do you like best about the product?

As a project manager, the tool is not very sophisticated when it comes to timeline creation and portfolio overview. I haven't yet managed to crack the portfolio view and reporting.

A reliable project management tool for cross-team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very intuitive, and it makes it easy to manage tasks, timelines, and dependencies across teams. The different views—list, board, and timeline—add flexibility depending on how people prefer to work, while also providing clear visibility into ownership and progress. I find it especially helpful for keeping complex projects organised, aligned, and on track.
