What do you like best about the product?
It has very good features for project management, and I appreciate the constant development of new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything particular in mind to add right now. I just find it very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking progress. Setting up goals and easily tracking their progress toward completion.
Powerful Task Management, Slight Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the to-do list feature in Asana because I'm able to write down everything that needs to be done and keep track of whether it's been completed and when. This includes tracking deadlines, which I really find useful. I like how it helps me stay organized and allows me to prioritize tasks effectively. Not only forget, I can see what other colleagues are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the platform could be a little more intuitive for first-time users. It took me quite some time to figure out how to navigate in the platform, including what kind of tasks need to be described and how to complete the task, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to manage tasks and track progress, ensuring I don't miss anything important. It boosts my productivity compared to Notepad or other tools.
Powerful Filters and Custom Task Lists for Managing Multiple Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the filters, the ability to customize my task list and the ability to link tasks in multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
PLEASE make tasks and subtask due dates dependent on the project's due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and daily task management
Fairly Intuitive and Feature-Rich, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana to be fairly intuitive for users, at least for the most part. I appreciate how, if you pay for a high enough tier, management/administration of the environment simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little expensive. And the "advanced" tier almost feels like a preview for more functionality that would be helpful for us to use that we can't fit into our budget at the moment. So that's a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps connect our team's efforts in a singular space, fixing disparate workflows. It keeps us on track with our to-dos and improves processes, allowing us to spend more time on important tasks with less back and forth.
Easy Cross-Team Management with Company-Wide Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage across different teams and have visibility company wide
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more status updates available instead of just marking things as complete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve been using Asana for project management and overall it’s been a really solid tool for keeping everything organized. It makes it easy to track tasks, assign responsibilities, and see where things stand without endless email chains or Slack messages. I especially like being able to break big projects into smaller steps so nothing slips through the cracks.
The interface is pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it, and it’s helpful to see timelines, due dates, and task ownership all in one place. It’s been useful for coordinating with multiple people across different parts of a project.
That said, it can feel a little overwhelming at first because there are so many features and ways to structure things. Once it’s set up properly though, it really helps keep projects moving and everyone on the same page.

User-Friendly Interface that Streamlines Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like most about Asana is that it makes it super easy and simple to accomplish the goals that we need to accomplish. The interface itself is very user-friendly, which allows us to save time and avoid extensive training for new employees learning the platform. I also appreciate that it integrates directly with different software like our Shopify store and Make.com, allowing us to achieve our goals more efficiently. The initial setup was pretty easy, as we were able to get it set up and working efficiently very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could definitely be improved in Asana is the ability to assign multiple people to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to organize tasks and allocate them across employees, making it easy to achieve goals with its user-friendly interface, saving time without extensive training.
Highly Customizable for Team Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Asana is, and how it kind of adapts to the way that your brain works and the way you wanna organize things. That adaptability is invaluable. The setup was really straightforward, and the great tutorials made it easy to integrate into the team's Asana, with no problems at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be challenging to organize the dependency or to set up recurring tasks. Sometimes there are specific workflows that happen on a regular basis and need to happen across multiple people. And that can be a little bit hard to do and hard to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me manage workflows and workloads across teams, enabling task sequencing and visibility for effective collaboration. It also helps provide context while allowing team members to have their specific task views, which is super helpful.
Organized and Flexible, Easy Team Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for project management and task creation. I like how I can keep my tasks on schedule and am starting to integrate it within my team. What I like most about Asana is that I can create individual projects, and then create tasks and color code them, add statuses to them, and complete them. I really enjoyed the calendar view and the 'my task' option to see overall what is assigned to me. And I really enjoyed using it every single day that I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if there was a nicer reporting analyzing option where we can pull all of the team's tasks into maybe, like, a weekly task list. This would really help keep the whole team on track across multiple projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for managing projects and creating tasks, keeping everything organized and adapting to changes easily.
User-Friendly with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Asana is to use. It didn't take any training at all and was pretty self-explanatory. It is quick to learn. I also appreciate that it allows me to see my resourcing and track progress on the project. The ease of Asana's functionality was a major reason for switching to it, as it is less complex than monday.com, and Teamwork didn't have the functions we were looking for. The initial setup of Asana was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying that sub tasks don't automatically stay with the parent task, and I have to manually create dependencies. Also, it'd be really useful to have a holiday calendar for the year that auto populates into all of our company's projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that Asana allows me to see my resourcing and track progress on the project.
Easy to Use with Powerful Features for Every Skill Level
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, features, great for all levels of knowledge with production tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
not intuitive in some areas, for example, when one deletes a project, tasks already assigned to others from that project do not auto delete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining ,tracking, transparency across organization.
