Great Product and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The automation aspect is great. Price is on Par or better than other solutions. We use it for patching as well as a replacement remote support options. The machine only needs an active connection to the internet to get the patching and remote support is basic but works better than other free services. We used to user TeamViewer but it got to expensive and required more actions on the users part. This system allos us to push software, update and provide remote support all in one package.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automox service that runs on the devices tends to disonnect or turn off at random times. A reboot of a PC sometimes fixes it but for the most part we end up having to restart the service for it to get updates and allow for the remote support. This is not a major issue though as its fairly random.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the issue of PCs getting bad patches and allows us to control the flow.
Life Saver

With the new addition of the splashtop as a remote viewer it has only gotten better. The quarterly sessions they do for optimization is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. They just kee getting better and better.

Not much, it really is a great tool. At times there can be some agents that get stuck and unresponsive but could also be network/endpoint issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to push out a fix in bulk, I can create a powershell script and deploy in mass. This saves a ton of time and resources.
Been using it since it first got going. It's great.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, does what it's supposed to and more.

I'm not sure what i don't like. It's always been improving.

How Automox helps make time consuming IT tasks easy on our support desk team.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for us to push out specific software to groups on computers quickly and without interruption. For example; say a group of users needs have a new version of a specific software updated. Instead of our helpdesk going around to each user and installing it on their computer, we can run a worklet and silently install this remotely. Worklets also allow us to see an "activity log" for our policies, this will return the results of powershell scripts that were run on specific devices, so we can comfirm if the script worked, or if there were errors and troubleshoot from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if there was some more tutorials and help located near where you create worklets, because this would save time because when I'm not sure how to make a policy to do what I specified, I need to go online and do some research and this can take awhile.
Possibly automox could have some prompts like "I want to create a worklet that does... [Generic IT Task] and help the user costume a worklet based on already available powershell scripts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve a few problems.
The first being our users laptops and desktops need to be constantly updated with windows updates, automox makes it easily to see all devices that are being patched, and create reports based on patches that are failing or have no been applied. This lets us to get ontop of vunerabilites and stay within our departments KPI for updates.
Secondly, we have alot of software that requires updates that users cannot do themselves because they do not have local admin rights, automox allows us to remotely install these on computers.
Third, we have alot of devices in our organization and keeping track of information such as installed software, configuration information, networking information can be hard. Automox gives us a live view on all of that information on the device so we can quickly see what we need to see.

Powerful and user-friendly patch management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Automox is incredibly easy to use, with a smooth implementation process that had us up and running quickly. The platform offers a wide range of features that cover all our patch management needs, from automating updates to monitoring system health across multiple platforms. We use Automox frequently to ensure our systems stay secure, and the intuitive interface makes it simple for both IT and non-IT staff to manage. The integration with our existing infrastructure was seamless, requiring minimal setup. Additionally, the customer support has been very responsive and helpful when we've needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that Automox does not support older, obsolete operating systems. It would be great to have compatibility for legacy systems, as upgrading all OS versions isn't always possible right away. However, for modern environments, it performs flawlessly and has greatly improved our patch management processes.

This has enhanced our security posture by ensuring that vulnerabilities are patched quickly and efficiently across all our devices. The centralized dashboard allows us to monitor all systems in real-time, giving us full visibility and control. Overall, Automox has improved our operational efficiency and ensured that our infrastructure remains compliant with industry standards.
