What do you like best about the product?
There support is very responsive when there are issues.

The worklets dont work so well and does not remove some software

Patching hundreds of devices is a breeze when we started using Automox.

Not having to create new deployments each week for web browser vulnerabilites has saved us so much time

Every now and then we'll run into issues with worklets not working

Very easy to use and user friendly and has a nice clean GUI

Not sure if I have completely configured it but essentially I have users complaining Outlook or Excel randomly closes on them

What do you like best about the product?
The GUI is easy to view everything all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual tagging for all devices when added.

The ability to Patch all 3rd party and Windows software.
Perfect Application Management
What do you like best about the product?
Using this to manage app updates and security releases. This tool is perfect to keep admins up-to-date on any security breaches and ensuring patches are installed on affected devices. Plus the UI is pretty easy to use. Deployment on both MacOS and Windows was easy to set-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is how it doesn't work so well with MacOS updates as we use secure token/FileVault and unless we get each user to input their password to allow Automox to manage their device or passing through an secure token user password in plain text in a script. Neither are favourable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Patches in one location for both Windows and Macs. Automating patch management is also much easier and less manual intervention.

more user-friendly interface that makes it easy for anyone to quickly become familiar with the platform.

Unable to view or monitor the progress of ongoing patches.

Automox is solving the challenge of managing patch deployment across multiple platforms with its cross-platform patch management tool. This benefits us by streamlining and automating the patching process for different operating systems, ensuring that our systems stay secure and up to date without the need for multiple tools or manual intervention.

What I like most about automox is that I am able to manage devices and policies

The least helpful about automox is that they dont define whats wrong with yourt policies when you create it

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like using automox for is the automation tools and also being able to quickly deploy custom powershell worklets to the users

The least thing I like about automox is the slow load times that it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use automox to push out patches to our end users to remidiate vulnerbilities.
Great system for automation and streamlining policies and procedures
What do you like best about the product?
Automox immediately helped our lackluster patching and updating policies and procedures. Previously we "hoped" we were patched or updated. Only to find out when looking at the server or laptop the updates were not applied. With Automox we are are 100% certain the patches are applied. this helps us know our environment is consistent across the board. Software deployment is great as well. It is very easy to setup applications for deployment. This has sped up deployment and makes us more secure as end users do not need local admin rights anymore. Implementation was fast we were up and running in a few short hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a little disapointed in the remote control tools. We are working with Automox on the issues to see if there are ways to improve our experience. It is a little clunky and does not aleays connect. We are troubleshooting to see if it is something with our systems or with Automox. We are using our previous tool until we are able to get Automox to work better for us.

Consistency with patch management with OS and applications.

Automos is easy to use, easyto implement, easy to manage. Great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I jsut don't like abot Automox. Sometimes performance is slow when filtering for Groups.

Globally, we have hundreds of Servers, and thousands of Workstations. With Automox I'm able to ensure each of these are kept uptodate with critical patches.
