Automox: MSSP Vulnerability Management
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Automox as part of our organization’s MSSP services, and it’s become a key component of our vulnerability management offering. What stands out most is how straightforward and user friendly the platform is getting it up and running was a breeze. The product is always improving, with regular updates that show the team is serious about keeping it up to date and responsive to needs.
The support team is great to respond and really helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. The leadership team deserves a shoutout for how well they listen to their customers. They value feedback and are committed to making Automox better. For anyone looking for a reliable, evolving tool to tackle patch/vulnerability management, Automox is a solid choice.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area where Automox could improve is in reporting making it a bit more robust would really enhance the experience, especially for those of us digging into the details for MSSP work. Additionally, improving how third party application versions are displayed would make it easier for engineers to search for software deployed across their tenant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automox solves the hassle of patch management and vulnerability tracking by automating updates across all our devices. As an MSSP, it saves us time, ensures consistency, and lets us focus on client value instead of manual fixes or bloated product.
Streamlining IT Management with Automox: A Game-Changer for Security & Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Automox as an MSP is its ability to centralize patch management and endpoint security across multiple client environments through a single, cloud-native platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing model, which is structured per MSP rather than per individual license, is advantageous for the vendor but less flexible for MSPs, as it can limit scalability and cost-effectiveness when managing varying client sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary problems it addresses is the complexity of patch management across different operating systems and geographical locations.

Efficient Endpoint Management for Enterprise Networks
What do you like best about the product?
Automox is one of the best products in the markets, which enables convenient endpoint management for Roaming endpoints. Automx is a cloud native, cloud based, modern solution for endpoint management. When comparing with other counterparts in the market, Automox offers more features for its low cost. Implementation is straight forward and easy. Since it is a cloud based product, it carries seamless integrations with other cloud based security solutions. For an example it has a native integration with SentinelOne XDR which enables realtime patch management for endpoints. We have seen these features being used in many environments. Customers frequently use Automox to gain an edge over vulnerabilities easily. Automox also have robust structure of providing sales and after sales support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a cloud native SAAS solution, Automox does not have the capability to provide a viable solution for patch management in on-premise devices which are not exposed to internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch Management and Endpoint management for remote/roaming endpoints.
All in one Product for Cloud-Native Endpoint Management and Security Automation

Limited app supported can be a limitation for this product.

Simple and automated patch management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of policy creation and implementing automated patching
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any dislikes so far, but will update as I continue to use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated and ensuring end users are staying compliant with patches.
Automox agent is well designed to showcase all the information of the server.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Automox to patch the servers on a regular basis, and tweaking the server groups defined for the policy makes it much easier to develop and maintain unique policies for all types of servers in a single console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel any difficulties in using the automox/cons on this ?.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching the servers on periodic basis.
Simple UI and implements patching easily.
What do you like best about the product?
The UI makes overviewing required patches, which devices are out of compliance and pushing patches very simple. We have implemented automox for multiple clients, making patching across a wide number of devices simple and easy. The in-depth details you can get with patching and script results makes for easy troubleshooting as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have had no issues with automox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an MSP with multiple customers. Having a patching portal with an easy to read UI and implementation makes patching easier, especially troubleshooting.
Simple, effective and very customizable solution for updates.
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and intuitive process to setup and deploy agents to endpoints all over the company. Simple and clear desingn of interface, easy to navigate and find all relevant information. Reduced amount of time I have spent of manually updating particular workstations and gives a better control over vulnerabilities detected and patching them. Policy sets and rules to determine what updates to pick, what to skip are very good. Generally Im very happy about the idea of having a remote connection to end user desktops. Good solution and so simple to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing except that remote connection takes long time and if user has 2-3 displays its very slow and not so effective when it shows all at once on the main screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control over patching saves so much time and cost, reducing impact on end users (no need to remote to their desktops every time to check version of the software etc). Patching vulnerabilities - improved security and fast reaction to mitigate new threats. Automation of the proces is much simplier than expected.
