Effortless Contract Management with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc to sign and build contracts with customers. What I really like is that PandaDoc is quick and easy to use. The instructions are simple, even for customers who aren't tech-savvy. I also like the drag and drop function for signature and initial blocks. The initial setup was extremely easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a feature where it automatically adds the initials and the signature blocks and the text blocks to every page. So allowing me not to have to drag and drop it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is quick and simplifies instructions, even for non-tech-savvy customers.
Fast Integration, Slightly Tricky Editor
What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc is fast to work with once I've used it for a while and know how to navigate it. It integrates well with other software we use at the company, which is really helpful. The content library is great because it allows us to reuse modules in different documents, making changes easier when they happen, like updating T&Cs. I also appreciate the integration with HubSpot, as it lets us generate documents with custom data really fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editor can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, since custom data blocks sometimes move around the document. To this day, I have not yet found out if this is a mistake on our side when creating templates or if it is on the software. We had a learning curve to pass before we felt comfortable with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to generate and manage documents needing signatures. It provides a signature solution with document tracking. Once familiar, it’s fast and integrates well, especially with Hubspot, to quickly generate documents with custom data. The content library eases document editing.
Effortless Document Management with Stellar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easiness of connecting PandaDoc to Salesforce CRM or any other technology, which makes it seamless for our workflow. Configuring the templates is straightforward, which I find very helpful. I also appreciate the platform’s capability to easily create templates, add variables, and configure the variables from the records. Adding images and using the content library are also simple and are great features. The audit trail feature is fantastic because it provides a comprehensive amount of visibility on where a document is in the process, whether the customer has looked at it, or if it's signed, which is crucial for our business. On top of all that, I absolutely love the user interface and the user experience as they are very user-friendly. The initial setup was pretty easy, especially setting up the panel of templates and other dynamic features, which I think was the biggest highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
After merging documents, they are not automatically saved on the record. Also, in email templates sent from PandaDoc, there's no provision for adding variables or selecting dynamic fields from the record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves visibility issues and simplifies document management with an audit trail. It's easy to connect with Salesforce and configure templates, making document creation efficient. The user interface and experience are outstanding.
Streamlined Proposal Management with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for creating proposals to send to clients, and I like how it keeps standard content up to date while allowing for tailored quotes for each customer. It's easy to create and manage templates, which is a big plus for me. Additionally, I find it quite convenient to compile pricing information along with contract terms and conditions. My onboarding experience was really simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow, and sometimes doesn’t merge the right fields.

PandaDoc keeps standard content up to date and allows tailored quotes per customer. It's easy to create and manage templates and compile pricing information with contract terms.
Happy with company offering, unhappy with onboarding, not worth the $$

Everything is does to make document creation smoother and easier for sales team
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m really unsatisfied with what you call “Onboarding,” especially considering we paid $479 for it. It wasn’t worth the time or the money for what we received. What would have been far more helpful is a training course that actually shows how to set up a template, create a document, and handle the basic setup steps. Once it became clear that onboarding wasn’t going to get us anywhere, I ended up outsourcing the setup.

It's very user friendly. I like how it highlights the errors so you can fix them.

When setting up its much easier to use a mouse than the trackpad on most laptops.

Streamlined Document Management with Minor Tracking Glitch
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that there are links and it's easy to share documents. I think that PandaDoc's system of smart PDFs or pages is really nice. The way you can put a bunch of different things automatically in a certain document saves me from having to build a proposal every time. The setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your guys' viewing system, when you send a link to someone it says that they viewed it, but sometimes it's not actually them. Sometimes someone else has viewed it, like, your boss maybe checks your email and views the document you sent them. And now it looks as if the prospective customer has actually opened up the document when they have not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to easily track documents and send proposals quickly. It simplifies compiling different information into a proposal, so I don't have to rebuild it every time.
