What do you like best about the product?

Allows easy sharing of documents, editing and sharing with customers. The ability to see when the customer has viewed the document and how often is also very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

Some editing functions are not as intuitive as an MS Word environment however this may be more of a user issue and user experience and will improve over time as with any platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to share proposals within the organisation and allow specific access is helpful. The activity summary is also handy to show interaction with the document.

What do you like best about the product?

Simple and intuitive interface and the pricing is straight forward. It is a much better system than its more well know and very over-priced competitor. Customer support is very responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?

No complaints. It is an excellent product

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a cost effective solution for mass emailing documents to be signed.

What do you like best about the product?

It's very customizable - I don't see a way you couldn't get a doc in a format you'd like.

can be a bit buggy with the objects but it's not impossible to overcome this and it's not like other softwares don't have this issue as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

time it takes from closing a deal and sending the contract

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to use, and that I can send multiple documents with a single subscription.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes in can feel clunky when creating templates until you are familiar with its way of drafting and the price is bit much for small companies when going through there first or even second growth stage and we have multiple people that need to send documents but they all require seats. This is particular in start up recruitment and labour hire companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently speed to market is its biggest benefit, I can get contracts and agreements signed almost instantly. This is critical when dealing with government recruitment contracts, often last minute placements and the candidates rarely have access or time to print and sign.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that PandaDoc auto fills from Pipedrive, which saves me time from having to re-enter information I've already entered elsewhere. The initial setup was very easy; I just downloaded the app in Pipedrive and signed in.

What do you dislike about the product?

The tracking sometimes says seconds when it is actually minutes. It just needs to be more accurate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc saves me time by automating proposal creation and autofilling data from Pipedrive, eliminating the need to re-enter information for sending solar power proposals.

What do you like best about the product?

PandaDoc's UI/UX Design has one of the most user-friendly navigation platforms for us. Direct-to-the-point, we barely use its knowledge base to search for what we need.

One of their features, Forms, has helped us tremendously by letting us receive applications and responses without having to manually send out a copy each time. This integration on our website has been greatly helpful for our clients.

Performance-wise, we barely get any drawbacks as it's mostly fully operational.

Also, PandaDoc’s e-Signature page has been the most reassuring feature compared with other e-signing platforms we’ve tried, and at this point, it’s a dealbreaker for us not to have it.

I would also like to give kudos to their Support team and their seamless resolutions to any issue we've encountered.

What do you dislike about the product?

The price may be a bit above average due to the form response package, but overall, it's already one of the best deals out there compared to other e-Signing platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Definitely the manual setups per document. Using Templates in our forms and documents has halved the time required for tasks since the fields are already set.

What do you like best about the product?

As a Sales Executive, I really like PandaDoc because it keeps all of my client-facing forms in one place. It’s integrated with our Hubspot instance, which allows me to auto-generate and initiate pricing proposals directly from Hubspot. We are able to load all of our pricing tables and everything. So putting together that proposal is a very quick, easy and seamless process, and the PandaDoc UI is on point and makes it virtually effortless.

What do you dislike about the product?

My only wish would be that the interface was cleaned up. That much more where I could just make any edits to proposal without having to click back into the proposal, and could just do so from the main proposal review page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freeing up my time to take care of other tasks. I used to have to do all of these proposals by hand individually which can be quite cumbersome when there are multiple to do in a day. Aside from my other responsibilities

What do you like best about the product?

The multiple document templates that can be shared amongst the sales team for efficiency

What do you dislike about the product?

The pop-up messages when we type "one time". Sometimes it grabs everything and move the entire chart when I'm just trying to move a row.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior years, the company used paper documents that to be scanned into the system for agreements. Since converting to Panadoc, it's become more transparent and efficiency by allowing inspectors to see when customer viewed agreement, for how long, and how many times it's been viewed.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that PandaDoc is easy to navigate and I can see when the document has been viewed. It's also easy to help the consumer fill out the document remotely. The reminder option is valuable as it helps ensure that documents are completed within our strict timeline.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think it's great. However sometimes it is slow and the links malfunction. Or the site is not working at all. Because of the high volume of documents that are sent out, it's frustrating when someone can't access them because they have to call in or miss the deadline needed for the signing and must start the process again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use PandaDoc to document consumer intake processes and recovery plans. It helps track document views and allows remote consumer assistance, which is valuable for meeting strict timelines with its reminder feature.

What do you like best about the product?

Autofill fields. Makes it easy to input a signers information once and fill out multiple fields.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes navigating templated to create fields and properly format everything can be a little difficult.

Getting documents (user agreements) signed efficiently.
