What do you like best about the product?
templates quotations

What do you dislike about the product?
its a bit expensive to have more then one user for my company
i would like more options in the catalogue. its a bit tedious to go there.
i would like to add the items to the catalogue directly from quotation
i would like to be able to use it in arabic.
the text doesnt go right to left

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create professional document that are customer friendly. Document that can be reviewed, edited, and signed by the customer; this creates a much better experience for both parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping of information from CRM to panda docs. needs to be a service that helps map the data so the docs are easier to import to crm and populate the correct data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customer quoting and purchase orders

need to have development to work correctly with CRM data importing

What do you like best about the product?
The quotes look professional, are easy to make and the templates save loads of time if your sending similar quotes to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be easier to customise the quotes and the integration with crm and invoicing systems sometimes isn't quite as straightforward as it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes sending proposals and order forms simpler. Clients like the look of the proposals and we close more business due to them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's a proposal, use the tables to sell addons. Clients respond well.

Great product, confusing title

What do you like best about the product?
API that we can access from other platforms and add content. The PD Team is constantly updating and adding features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more data table access for dynamic updates. The name is weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do reports directly from Magento.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Add dynamic tables to add via API or CSV

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the flexibility to add and take away pieces of templates based on the customers needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to move sections around once they are part of the proposal. It's a real pain to have to drag them up and down and wait for the particular a template peace to get where you wanted to. It would be much nicer to click a button where a bunch of boxes come in and you can move them around by number to put your proposal in the right order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem that we're solving is the ability to portray a proposal that looks like we spent 2 hours on it and it only took 15 minutes which saves a bunch of time for my sales people
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More Integrations with CRM like prosperworks but they need to function a little better when it comes to the choices you have with templates when you go to the CRM. Also much more Integrations with QuickBooks and other payment portals. That will be huge

Time Saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up templates that can be customized quickly is the key! I can finally get documents sent within minutes of speaking with my clients. Faster turnaround has resulted in more sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The autosave has bit me in the ass a couple times. There isn't an undo feature. That really needs to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has streamlined our sales process. Getting proposals sent faster has resulted in a higher percentage of proposals being signed.

It is easy to use and streamlines our document process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more templates. The current templates are ok but would be great if there were actually legal docs (perhaps partner with one of the services).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all of our core agreements and for document storage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend taking the time to set up all of your templates.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up a contract and send it for signing. I also like the templates that make sending some of our standard forms a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only area I don't like is that you can't withdraw an item once you've sent it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is timely signing of contracts. By doing it electronically I have found it faster to get a signed contract back.

Very Time-Saving

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is great. There are a couple very small quirks, but overall it is fast and easy to use and set up. We integrate it with Pipedrive to make data entry happen only once.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a true word processor. It's not like I need a fully-functional word processor, but there are some minor things that are lacking, such as using the tab key for indenting.

Also, not being able to have outside people review your documents is a hassle. There is no way to have a non-user review a document before it is sent They must be paying users like you. It would be nice to even have a cheap review user-level account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Panadoc for writing proposals and agreements with our vendors and clients. We have received alot of positive feedback and it saves us alot of time. No more emailing pdf's back and forth and wondering where they are saved. I like keeping all of this out of my inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that PandaDoc tracks the progress of a document from the time it is sent, to each individual signing it, to the time it is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not crazy about the templates. If I upload a PDF I wish there was a way to easily edit it within PandaDoc, rather than having to edit the PDF beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it SO much easier to keep track of important documents, who has signed what, etc.
