A great proposal tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The different templates and the analytics

The poor font available in the template.

The secure to know if the client check all the pages of the documents or only specific sections.

I like that we are able to send documents using our contact's info. Helps eliminate the need for two systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't use contact and deals in the same document. We were told we can do this but I still can't figure it out. Also, there is not live customer service, its all through email.

Efficient Document Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless integration with our CRM Prosperworks. The information from prosperworks populates into our partner agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates for a variety of documents. I may be missing something but I feel like there shout be more templates to base different documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency. Time is money in life and business, especially in sales. Pandadoc provides a competitive advantage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Pandadoc if it integrates with your CRM. and you readily need documents signed.
Cut time managing contracts in half
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to cut my time managing contracts in half, and spend more time supporting client decision making and building relationships as a result! The consistency I was able to create not only the sales process and my team but for my fulfillment team was the most surprising part of using Pandadoc. Now our contracts with clients have become usable at each point in the client engagement and our team are more harmonized with what the client actually expects. This has driven overall profitability up for our firm but more importantly, our clients are happier and we are getting more and better referrals. Who knew a contracting platform could create that much value!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a more fluid team option. I was disappointed that I didn't get the final support I requested from sales/implementation. I use Hubspot Marketing, Sales, and CRM. This integration with Pandadoc is incredible. I rely on pulling in fields from Hubspot to create most of the agreements we author. I still haven't been able to pull in fields from the deal cards in Hubspot and feel like Pandadoc dropped the ball in supporting that complete integration. I'm still thrilled overall, but know this could have had more attention and support from the company to us as the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to spend 16-20 hours per month creating and redrafting contracts and agreements with clients and investors. Now with templates and the Hubspot integration, I spend less than 30 minutes a week creating better, more useable agreements. Totally streamlined my process and the receiving party's experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work to get a committed implementation specialist. Parts of our platform still are unusable because they were not able to follow through on calls with me to solve a technical implementation challenge with my Hubspot account.
Nice electronic contract solution that interface with PipeDrive
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly easy to use and has integration with Stripe for accepting credit card deposits and payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
When date data is passed from PipeDrive it does not allow us to manipulate the format to make it show in a more readable format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless contracts and online payments.
Panda Doc makes sending price quotes and contracts a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is so easy to use. The ability to take a saved template and create unique price quotes/contracts from it removes so much time from the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was disappointed PandaDoc didn't integrate with Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps errors out of contracts and allows us to update everything quickly when adding products or changing price structures.

Don't think about it, just sign up!
Useful Hubspot integration. Easy to use. Lacks many features.

Integrates with Hubspot. Easy to style document templates. It's it’s hard to make a mistake within it, so no sending of proposals with key errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
No automated follow up system. Proposal send emails are not that nice. Table of contents editing and formatting isn't that easy or intuitive. No pipeline tracking in the software itself.

Fast and easy way to get proposals out. Good behavior tracking of prospective clients.

Only one thing - The custom CSS, It's little hard for the people who don't have experience or knowledge regarding HTML coding.

Complete Proposal/Agreement Management Solution, even if you want to share the presentation and company marketing material you can upload the PDF and share with prospect and customers. You will have complete insight which page they are visiting for how much time?

Super Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
My company doesn't use PandaDoc, but one of my clients does. I love the simplicity of it. I get an email with a link to the doc, we can write notes to each other right there next to the doc, sign the doc electronically, and submit it. No printing, scanning, or dealing wth overly-complicated e-signature programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything that I dislike. I haven't tried to redline an agreement via PandaDoc, and I'm not even sure if that's an option, but for my purposes it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're getting agreements in place quickly and without any hassle on either end. This is hugely beneficial when you're running around from meeting to meeting, traveling, or just staying busy at your desk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love getting PandaDocs from clients because they're so easy. I'd suggest trying it out.
