Solid Companion

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Pandadoc is definitely a great product. It has made the process of writing, sending and signing proposals very simple. I also like the fact that they are stored in one place just in case I ever need them again.

It isn't very buggy and works smoothly most of the time. However, there are a few features I would love for them to add.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the templates don't offer much flexibility and options. Working with tables is frustrating in some parts and I wish it was an easy popup with options over the table instead of the side table.

I would also wish for more collaboration tools and a cleaner email that the client gets when receiving the proposal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love being able to quickly, write professional looking proposals. It is easy to share them with my partners before sending to clients. I also love the clean presentation when the client opens the proposal to sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to streamline your proposals and quickly sign clients, Pandadoc will be of great help.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can use and re-use templates to cut down on repetitive work when sending documents to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor usability issues if you have a lot of folders or are a power-user that loves common keystrokes to move through tabular data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love to use this tool to present estimates and contracts to vendors, employees, and contractors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to create and thoroughly vet templates to use and re-use.

Less expensive option than DocuSign

What do you like best about the product?
Pricing is better than their competitors and there are a lot of options so the system is pretty flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface confusing and touchy. For example, when you're filling in pre-set blocks with details of what a customer purchased and you click in the wrong area, then all of the blocks move around and you have to start all over again or drag and drop all of the blocks into their correct places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital contracts are almost never redlined by the recipients and they're more like to sign them than if they get a PDF

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with our CRM so our Sales Reps can send a pre-populated Proposal without leaving the CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we sign a contract it doesn't automatically update the Quotes status in our CRM so we have to rely on the PandaDoc messages. We use ZohoCRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing Contracts and Trade shows with their new feature which we love. Sending proposals after a demo within a minute to the customer has increased our conversion rate
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it integrates with your CRM. If not, the Document creation is still better but is the cost of learning a new system for similar functionality worth it

Simple, straightforward, but robust

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to create templates, drag an drop elements we've built into documents to account for varied types of agreements and contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve to it. Like I just recently found out about the 'self service' link option for customers to click on and fill out themselves. I also recently learned how/where to create message templates for the customer when you send off a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) We needed a company standard for our agreements and contracts
2) We needed a quick and easy way to collaborate and iterate, as we do consulting, support, and sell SaaS
3) It's great to see when a customer actually looks at a document vs emailing or calling and saying "did you have a chance to review?"
4) E-signing is *way* better than the ol' wet signature complete with misaligned scanned pages that are in the wrong order
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get proper training first, there's a lot to it.

Great Proposal product

What do you like best about the product?
Easily create templates and quickly fill out the info to send them to leads. I also like the additional options like when they looked at it, how long they spent on each page, when opened, ect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I do not like about Panda Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating professional/personalized pricing proposals very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics functionality. I can see which areas of my proposal prospects read the most. It allows me to improve them. I also know what they are most interested in followup meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact I cannot synchronise my contacts with Pandadoc. This means I have to create a new contact every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for consulting proposals, it saves me lots of time as I can use templates and copy previous successful proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
The content library is really helpful and fairly easy to create new elements for, tagging system is useful for finding work across clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to do nice layouts and designs is pretty limited. It can be a little clunky to harvest and update proposal components in the content library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOWs for 1099/contractors, sows for clients, some proposals for clients, employment agreements for new hires. We have explored doing MSA's with the tool, and those are so/so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for creating and sending contracts. Little bit of a learning curve to get the content library and product library setup, then it is pretty fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it autosave, and has a library of content to be able to quickly modify a quote for a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that I can't change some of the programming on the 'layout'. It can be restrictive by time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help get an electronic signature faster and allow clients to review with their pers at any time the documents without us being needed to print it and send it.

What do you like best about the product?
Drag-and-Drop templates, digital signing, ability to export to PDF for paper signing, analytics on document viewings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aligning sections in the designer can sometimes be frustrating but is always getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to create interactive proposals that not only impress but makes it effortless to go from quote to signed contract in one workflow.
