What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc can handle major content repositories and item catalogs, rendering the idea snapshot possible thanks to its capacity to compare and to insert elements of these resources. It offers great style ideas and better workflows, without the need to upload, fill, search, or email people, everything can be done in a single step. It is so easy to construct a model that now we always use it. Also, PandaDoc customer service is amazing, on the same day they reply and help. They are a very experienced team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't the process to locate PandaDoc documents and maybe this is because of the interface errors it constantly has, but we got a ton of messy files in PandaDoc, which makes searching documents challenging. Also, as default proposals were stored in the root folder, a significant clean-up of deals into directories after the case is often required. I would like to have more invoicing systems too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is used as a booking device verification. Every day, PandaDoc spares us resources as we write, exchange, and keep contracts. PandaDoc's main task is to reduce the time it takes to plan and track proposals. Our Financial team and Sales team are constantly using PandaDoc to enable our customers to build PandaDoc ecosystems and align their software with their CRM.

PandaDoc makes it easy to offer and handover documents with multiple dealers so that the whole staff can work together to draft, approve and execute sales documents.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform that allows us to create proposals, budgets and contracts through customizable templates through designs, themes and specific options such as images and videos. It allows us to simplify each payment process, in the same way its customizable templates to create any type of document because it presents a variety of options to choose from. It helps me to track for the optimization of each task and maintain a systematic order.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually your file converter has technical failures, it usually stops and does not complete the conversion which is quite overwhelming because it unquestionably delays the management of the moment, it is likely that you need an update, but in general terms it is very complex and works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our ally with respect to our sales system and automates our content review, it works very quickly thanks to simplifying everyday processes, we have achieved objectives thanks to this platform and it has also allowed us to recover lost information thanks to its platform which allows you to save the last actions performed.

Totally recommended for any type of company that operates in the area of managing and automating workflows, as well as the importation of documents, it is perfect for those companies that want to automate everyday tasks. Without a doubt it will become your right hand.

Pandadoc allows you to create different documents that can be electronically signed by your clients or employees with no need to use any additional software. In addition, the signatures are certificated
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load even if you're using a strong internet connection. I suppose it is due to the amount of data you have in there

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy tool to create and sign documents online with your customers. 2 first week are free and this time enough to understand how it works (about adding templates, documents, textfields, signing and etc). Also PandaDoc has very fast support team, i asked a lot of questions in chat when i was on free rate and got fast detailed answers.
It takes about 3 min to create online documents and send it to customer and i haven't to ask customer about his own informations on call: he will put in in special created textfield when will be signing document. About 90% our customers understand how sign documents despite the fact they see Panda doc first time in their life. It's very comfortable for us cause we don't have to spend time explaining how sign.

When i add textfield that i want to be filled by customer
It looks a bit crookedly regarding other text
also i don't understand how could i add input mask to textfield
Another thing it's price: for our goals it costs 59$ (44$ with discount) per month i find it a bit big.It would be better to add cheaper rate for startups.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before i've found PandaDoc we ask customers to print NDA and sign then scan and send to us
It takes a lot of time and some customers didn't make it and we lost about 60% on this stage
Now we send NDA via PandaDoc with 3 min after call with customer and most of them sign immediately, we lose only about 5% customers now.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the ability to send applications along with the invoice involved with that application all in one document. I also love how were able to integrate this into our customer relationship management program and how it’s very easy to edit and collaborate with other signers in terms of going through the process of each document

I don’t really dislike anything about panda docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that all of our leads and the different types of leads that were dealing with get A-to-Z in terms of the application process and one stop as opposed to through multiple avenues which made the process very convoluted and heavy
Seamless (Panda) Doc Sending!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc pretty easily integrates directly in our Salesforce flow from Opportunity to Contract creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit tricky on mobile for collaborative purposes.

Team's ability to collaborate, and quickly create docs based on our Salesforce inputs at Opp stage.
Auto-populated proposals make lives easier
What do you like best about the product?
Connectivity with Salesforce means that fields auto-populate, PDFs auto-attach, easy to match an opportunity to the past proposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to paste in Excel tables without terrible formatting, cannot duplicate a proposal and have it linked to Salesforce, occasionally freezes when working with large tables
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives our reps up-to-date proposal templates with minimal fields to fill in. Everything is attached to Salesforce automatically for historical purposes.
Great PandaDoc for your Documents and Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I can consider this PandaDoc platform of great importance because it allows me to sell and have an administration more effectively apart from being able to make proposals and contracts that are sent electronically. I can also manage information libraries and product catalogs where my creation is very easy to provide the proposals. On the other hand I can optimize the information on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love that PandaDoc will improve the integration with other software services. Although at first it seemed a little difficult when cutting and pasting from other documents because it is usually a bit common but I would like the process to be a little more fluid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as a work team are using PandaDoc because it allows us to generate proposals and work statements for our clients. We find it very easy for details of the contract apart from streamlining the process for storing documents and providing us with online signatures.

Undoubtedly, we recommend PandaDoc because it allows us to generate proposals and have an excellent organization in the documents since everything can be organized in the content library and we as a team benefit a lot from sending proposals and contracts.
Great electronic document management software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, while still being customizable. I really like the ability to import and edit templates. The tokens for inserting information is also a big time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their pricing structure keeps changing, and they moved the Zapier integration from one of their lower plans to the most expensive plan. Despite feeling like the options for the Zapier integration were somewhat limiting, it still was very useful. I am a small business (startup) which can't afford to pay for the most expensive plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying document signature workflow. This helps me to keep all my signed documents in one place and be updated when items are accomplished which are related to the documents.

Overall, this is a very useful tool for e-signature and e-document management.
