Very useful for contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Helps with making contracts. User friendly and easy to use.

Mobile app works a little slow. I can use faster on the web page.

I was having trouble about giving offers fast. This app made me send my offers faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating a Personalized template document or the option to upload a personal proposal to send to one or multiple party signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a handful of times documents I have sent get blocked because the recipient email settings are not set up to receive panda doc so they won’t even receive an email to sign A document without changing their normal settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for immediate call to action and ability to have documents prepared right away for independent contractors. It can be change easily from one job to the next.
Great tool for any SMB organization to maximize their workflow!

I like that you can generate a document and send it out to your prospect in a fast and efficient manner. The learning curve is very slim since there are many options for the template.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues using the solution so far.

Great Document System
What do you like best about the product?
how you can e-sign documents and send them throughout your company
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing so far that I dislike about the platform. This system is very user friendly and easy to use especially if you are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits to pandadoc are definitely being able to manage your workflow as well as have e-signatures

What do you like best about the product?
Price is not too expensive and there is a free trial. There is a web-based version as well as an IOS application. The support team is very helpful. The application has auto-reminders and allows multiple people to sign as well as signing orders which is a great feature. The templates are customizable and allow signing via mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit confusing to figure out at first, but after a bit it is ok.

Sending and receiving proposals for signature. Document and contract management.

Really easy to create proposals that prospects love. Once you find a successful format, it's easy to template and tailor for unique customization.

Initial setup and building out your proposal templates, but it has to be done and it's worth it.

Get Proposals out Fast with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
Templating in PandaDoc is unlike any other CPQ tool I have used before. The addition of tokens removes human error from the equation - you will no longer find yourself sending out quotes with another clients name on it due to skimming over it on your first pass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from Qwilr, I do feel that personalization could be enhanced. There are quite a few customization options however it is fairly limited as compared to the personalization features with other CPQ tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it takes to get a proposal out has dropped substantially after switching over to PandaDoc. It has netted me back countless hours in the proposal creation process and has a very clever UI that is easy to become familiar with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your looking to cut down on the amount of time it takes to get proposals out, I would highly consider PandaDoc as a candidate.

Easy to add multiple signers and to submit for approval

It’s hard to build a clean document and change line items. Sometimes it requires multiple refreshes to get going

Support is great and easy for many people in the org to have visibility on signed agreements

sometimes templates can be a bit clunky.

- The ability to have a professional-looking quoting system that is tracked when they view and fill out the form.
- Being able to easily add and remove items into the quote as well to personalise and still keep the premium look.

- When a customer wants to make one change it deletes out all their filled out fields so that they have to fill out all their details again.
