What do you like best about the product?
Sending our porposals electronically has never been easier. The ability to get half down on projects is amazing. We dont have to wait for the mail to come.

The search bar moved with the last update.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. It's incredibly easy to create your SOW's, NDA's and proposal templates in Panda. It's also super easy to push adoption as the tool is so easy to use and gets deals signed MUCH faster.

Sometimes support can be delayed. But the reps are generally very knowledgable and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda helps us get deals signed faster. It makes the sales rep's job super easy by templating the SOW for them and making it all available within the CRM (HubSpot).
Seeing contracts and their status from with the CRM keeps all team members on the same page.

Easy to use. Helps get contracts over and executed with precision.

Sometimes editing can be a challenge, but easy to work through.

I'm able to electronically execute contracts flawlessly.

SO far not anything all the starting to every day use has been very time saving

Realtime signing of Contracts and the tracking feature and notifications are wonderful

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the platform is, the clarity in which you can track action items on contracts, and the scalability of the templates in handling internal and external contract administration and management. As an almost daily user of PandaDoc, I know I can rely on the platform for my organizations needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a big fan of PandaDoc and don't have any direct feedback regarding elements of the service that I dislike. I feel like I pay for the value I receive and the tool is purpose built for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization needed a solution that enabled us to scale our Customer Agreements, Parnterships, and other external contractual engagements alongside our growing list of employees and contractors. PandaDoc is a cost-effective solution that we leverage to handle all of those use cases.
Excellent Electronic Signing Program
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use and allows for reminders to be sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to use the same email for two different individuals.

Electronic signature problems and ease of use for older individuals.
Panda Doc is far and above our last service, easy to use and help section is wonderful!

I like how easy it is to use and the help section where i can get information quickly on how to navigate what i need to do

I wish it was a bit easier to send a 2nd/3rd request to remind the client

We no longer have to have our clients drive to the office to review and sign documents, it is a godsend

How user-friendly it is for the main user and for the additional signers.

Nothing. Everything is good and I can't think of anything negative.

The problems Pandadoc is solving are complexity in contract management and record-keeping.
The benefits are that it's very easy to use for me and the recipient and you can save them and have templates.

Panda Docs is very easy to use and keeps our documents organized

I like the sorting capabilities in Panda Doc. Easy to find completed vs. viewed, etc. It is also easy to edit documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don' t have a down side to using PandaDocs. We have had no complaints.

It is keeping all of our clients organized and we are able to easily refer to our contracts.
