Amazing tool that delivers on it promise
What do you like best about the product?
It´s simplicity to use, and how you can tell their product team work constantly to make the experience even better. If you actually know how to use it, and put processes around it, it can save you loads of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot export the content of your documents in different formats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are presenting proposals and having contracts signed. We can test and analyze different uses. For example the fact of placing the signature on the second or third page after the summary of the proposal and the price increased time of conversions by 60%, before we had it at the last page, after all of the terms and conditions and typical legal jargon. You can test those kinds of thing

Pandadoc is super easy, to use and implement. Super robust and highly useful

Noting specific. Only when it came to integrations with SFDC I needed prof services

Tactical signing for all HR and other legal documents as well as offers to potential clients

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified our document creation and signing process. We went from a 2 week multiple touch point sales cycle to being able to complete the process and receive first payment within 24 hours. PandaDoc did allow us to make good looking proposals compared to other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editor is complicated to use many times and doesn't function the way that I would expect 100% of the time.
Easy to type data in the comments textbox and the click another section of the document and the comment text wasn't saved/lost.
Editor 2.0 payment integration doesn't allow you to select the "pricing" table for the payment. Must be entered manually. Wastes time requires some manual steps that previously were automatic. :(

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Proposals, Contracts, First payment. We went from a 2 week multiple touch point sales cycle to being able to complete the process and receive first payment within 24 hours. The workflow and approval process helps us work better as a team internally and reduced a lot of back and forth communication and editing documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your current process in sales is slow and manual then I highly recommend changing to PandaDoc to improve your quality of life. :) PandaDoc has saved us hours of time each year and saved us from simple/typo mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is very flexible. We have what feels like to us fairly complex needs around pricing tables, templates, etc and Pandadoc has allowed us to easily adapt to a variety of construct and pricing changes over the years. The Content Library feature was a total game changer for us, as I went from having to edit 8+ templates to changing just the content blocks, and then repopulating the templates quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc can be a but slow, and sometimes the formatting doesn't work quite the way we'd expect as it is otherwise so similar to MS Word. It would also be
nice if there was an easier way to pop in a table we've built in Excel or Sheets, as creating a Panda table and the C/P-ing line by line is painful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, we use Pandadoc for all Sales proposals and e-signable documents like NDAs, referral agmts etc. Pandadoc has helped us totally streamline our signature process across all product lines, contract lengths, and even (for the most part) redlining T&Cs, which used to be a bear before Pandadoc released the "download as .docx" feature.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When setting up Pandadoc, think about the future. It's very easy to get "template bloat" quickly, and making changes to your structure can turn into hours of work. Plan accordingly. If you have the Content Library feature, build everything you can into the library, THEN make templates from there.

Creating professional e-docs, quotes, contracts inc graphics and multimedia links, digital signatures, connects to CRM, analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Xero integration for sales contracts works fine for single transactions, but the scope for improvement in raising deposit invoices at time of contact sign off and balance invoices on a fixed date prior to X date in contact would be a great feature.

Communication of information to customers, partners, clients – professional, also analytics are used to manage our time more efficiently.

Dont rush it, it takes time to understand how to use, suggest a minimum 90 day period to get use to it.

- Inability to upload new fonts. Especially Arabic ones. The solution currently doesn't support Arabic which limits the scope of our proposal with some clients in KSA & Kuwait.

Great tool for SAAS businesses
What do you like best about the product?
First off the customer service is there, its always very quick to reach someone when you need help within the app.
User friendliness of the software, it's really not difficult to navigate around.
Optimised for multi-languages. I need to send contracts in English and French, and having the navigation and instructions for signature in the appropriate language makes a lot of sense.
Taking payments within the agreement with Stripe is HUGE. Really helps us to get things going faster.
Expiry dates on agreement. I really like to be able to set expiry dates and reminders which this software does easily.

I only have a few small annoyances, but then again every software will have this.
-Approvals: I don't like that if I enabled approvals, me as the admin need to always approve my own agreements... a little ridiculous.
-Payments: I find it annoying that I need to enter an amount in EVERY contract rather than be able to program we take 50% of the amount entered in a specific field.

Fast and efficient way to quote, and you can make modification on the fly without too much work.
My bilingual customers can view the agreement in the language of their preference which was a big issue with other solutions.

Easy to use and accessible! Definitely Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is easily accessible for people to upload and electronically sign documents via e-mail and links. I didn't require any instructions on how to use it- it's very self-explanatory. It does a lot of the work for you and remembers emails that you've sent documents to before so it makes the process even faster. It allows me to send various types of paperwork used in the educational setting. I am able to easily remind people to sign their part of the document via email or link.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the ability to access the documents expires after a few months. I would like to be able to access my documents for a longer period of time for my records incase I forget to download them or one person on the document forgets to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing documents electronically and having people fill out paperwork without being face-to-face. It makes signing documents electronically quick and I can do it across different platforms rather than just email (I can share it via link in virtual classroom settings such as classdojo).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using it, it's very easy to use and straightforward. Makes the process of signing documents electronically a lot easier.
Great emphasis on software security on top of excellent usability
What do you like best about the product?
Attacks on web applications made up almost half of Cybersecurity breaches last year, and it is paramount that companies deal with software security appropriately. PandaDoc's attention to software security in particular will help making them more resilient, and keep our data safer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of undo feature for all functions. Also, the ability to drag blocks of content around the should be improved, as well as options to edit/crop images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly create statements of work for clients leveraging reusable content blocks. This has saved us a lot of time. In addition, it is nice to be able to track related activities.

Great product that has everything you need, and excellent security.

User Interface and Ease of Use is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its ability to send reminders could be better. There is no instant pop up notice after a reminder is sent, which could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for order management and e-signature. I love getting insights on where on the order form my buyer is stuck on. I also love the ability to upload files to the document I am creating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend PandaDoc for companies that are looking for an agile, scalable document generation / e-signature solution. But if the use case is complex, and there are lots of stages involved, then it may not be the best fit.
