Panda Doc is Great for Business Contracts and Agreements
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that the templates were easy to use, easy to adapt and were well written.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small business operating during the pandemic, the pricing options can be a bit steep but nothing too hectic.

What do you like best about the product?
Templates, ease of use make PandaDoc a joy. Great integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customers do not recognize PandaDoc links. Then we send PDF. :(

What do you like best about the product?
I discovered the site accidentally when searching for an electronic signature service and have been using it exclusively ever since. It's completely free to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there's nothing I dislike about the service. I've used several others and like Pandadocs the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having customers sign time-sensitive documents in a professional, safe manner. I like the updates stating when the customer views and completes the documents.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to integrate Panada Doc with HubSpot. This enables us to pull up a customer's contract instantly. Panada Doc Keeps all of our contracts centralized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contracts that are expired often link to a record. Creates an extra step to find the right completed Panda Doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the disorganization of customer contracts. Panda doc saves time by enabling us to locate an agreement quickly. It has benefitted us by providing quick digital sign-off between customer and vendor.

The ease in which I can send digital documents to clients for their e-signatures.

I wish the search function and overall file search of easier/better UI

The problem PandaDoc solves for our team is obtaining signatures from our clients and customers with ease.

I appreciate the catalog feature within Pandadoc, this enables us to set up standardised items to sell and descriptions accordingly. This means we can scale our sales effort in a more efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels the User Interface is a bit outdated and could do with updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows us to literally get on the same page with clients on the terms of our engagement.
Easy quote templatization, good automation.

The ability to quickly create replicable quote templates and roll them out to the team.

It could use a bit easier to navigate UI, and better integration with SFDC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are sending quotes out promptly, and it's a huge benefit to have the customer constantly reminded of them.
Good platform - has several useful features not offered by competitors
What do you like best about the product?
The document analytics give us the ability to see where exactly in a document the signer is spending the most time reviewing. This has been particularly helpful in pinpointing areas of a contract where a customer or prospect might be getting hung up, confused, etc. which helps us determine what questions to ask in our follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "eSignature" license type does not include an easy way to swap out the original document with a new one while preserving the signing fields - so doing so requires that the user reconfigure those fields on the new document which takes a bit of time depending on how many fields there are. That said, PandaDoc's "Content Editor" is the solution to this problem because it allows you to easily update just the language/section(s) that need modifications without disrupting anything else in the document. This comes with the Standard license type, and is therefore what I would recommend if considering PandaDoc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Licensing costs are lower than many other solutions. We also gained some very helpful sales insights from the document analytics functionality offered by the platform. Lastly, despite our company being a small business, PandaDoc has been MUCH more interested and seemingly vested in the success of our organization than other providers we've spoken/worked with, and their team offers fantastic support across the entire customer experience from sales to CS to support.
