Easy e-signing tool.
A complete, convenient, and secure platform.

The fact of having security to sign documents and the ease of creating them from PDF files.

Some limitations of the free version... but that's the game if you don't want to pay!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have people sign what they need immediatly without having to print, sign, scan back
What do you dislike about the product?
the refresh times, uploading docs can take a few seconds more than I would like but still quicker than the alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It modern you now longer have to worry about printing, physically signing and scanning the papers back it les time consuming for the customer and makes them more likley to get it done instead of make up excuses as to why they cannot.

Streamlining buyin from various stakeholders, visibility is enhanced and makes my external stakeholders have a cake walk while having to sign something for us.

I can't think of any cons at the momement

Allows us to get contracts signed electronically without delays such as sending via USPS or FedEx
Very efficient and cost effective

I love templates! All of our customers need to fill out certain forms, depending on what courses, or destinations they are participating in. I love that I can prefill our company name and their name so that things get filled out correctly the first time.

I really can't think of any downsides. I wish the bubble choices had a few more options, but I make it work.

Our company requires tons of paperwork. This is an efficient way to keep track and store everything.

PandaDoc keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for over 2 years. It is very user friendly and I love that I am able to use the template feature when sending out documents. I like that when I input a document I can still make it editable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is lacking, but I has gotten better over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped me with any issues I have had. I only wish that you could have a live chat with someon.

How simple and easy it is to use and get going, plus the staff is very helpful

Interface can be slow at times, doesn't always respond right away
