What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and effective.
Easy to deploy to final users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some new features :
- not every document should need signatures and expiration date
- need for a way to transform quotes into orders then invoices and then payments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online signatures.
Linkable with SalesForce to easily send quotes
Preformatted quotes to be used by the sales population

What do you like best about the product?
It is very to use. I like how I can quickly send a quote to a customer. Also I enjoy how easy it is for my clients to sign the quote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really stands out to me right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Panda doc has helped our process for getting quotes. This program makes it easy to send and receive signed quotes for my team. This has also saved us so much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pandadoc is an easy-to-use product. I think teams should strongly consider using a program for electronic signatures .

What do you like best about the product?
Quick navigation, easy to delete pages you don't need, QuickBooks integration
What do you dislike about the product?
Brand recognition is still growing, so I have been a little hesitant to send links to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QuickBooks integration for estimates has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient when in-person signatures are not possible. I like the feature that allows for multiple interaction with the document (checks, dates, signatures, and initials). I also like that I can have a record of when documents were opened and viewed as well as being able to have multiple signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I get three to four emails when someone completes the signature. I am sure there is a way to turn those notifications off, I just haven't looked for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows signatures from people that are not able to come to meetings in person. It is very helpful when meetings are done via zoom. This allows much faster completion of my work and speeds up the paperwork process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
PandaDoc is very easy to use and makes getting signatures from multiple people a breeze.

Excellent choice for professional quotes and getting contracts signed

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating templates, and being able to have as many templates as needed for different projects/products. Also easily turn any quote into a contract by adding the signature field.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document list can get disorganized and be hard to find past quotes. This is user error on my end, but I will frequently edit a template accidentally instead of turning it into a document first. A warning pop up would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us professional quoting software to give good-looking proposals and allows us to close deals with signatures & contract signing. Integrates with our CRM as well.

User Friendly. It gets everything I need to be done and it's organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything bad to say. I like Pandadoc a lot. It helps with everything I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using templates to make everything organized keeps the time of me sending contracts down a lot. It increases proficiency in the company saving us money.

- The templates - it's easier to build proposals for everything you're doing.
- The look - they look amazing without a lot of design work
- Integrations - need I say more?

Some limits to the design. I also feel like the first 2 months were getting used to the product. Once I had it done I was able to flow easily.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc tools are meant to be easy and efficient. PandaDoc is an excellent solution that is always being enhanced by the PandaDoc development team. The modular system they utilize is simple to use and maintain, and it integrates with Salesforce to assist our team in preparing proposals for open opportunities more quickly. You may have numerous participants virtually sign your documents, and you can also control the order in which participants must sign one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I delete a signer, one of the problems I've discovered with PandaDoc is that I have to resubmit the document to everyone. Some persons did not sign the form before the deadline, and I can't acquire the verification stamps at the conclusion of the document until I delete the missing signer; however, this alteration requires everyone to sign again. The worst downside I can think of is the structure of the presentations. Although the cover page is simple to edit, the content pages are frequently complex to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the advantages I've gained include virtual signatures, questions and answers, and, of course, the interchange and transmission of papers inside the organization and to clients. PandaDoc has addressed the issue of not having an editable PDF. PandaDoc can transform any document into a signable format. I've also discovered the advantages of sending reminders and direct connections. We generally utilize it for business-to-business transactions and contracts. It also makes it easier to transmit vital data to papers. Furthermore, the templates are amazing and simple to modify.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend pandadoc for document sharing, electronic signatures, forms, and other documentation needs. Use the help that is accessible to you; they will answer any questions you have and teach both you and your team so that you can use all of the product's features.

From the ease of customization, check the open rate. In addition to the possibility of a virtual signature.

There are still many problems with opening files that freeze, and we have to refresh the page.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integration to help when generating proposals and contracts. Template feature with pre-set approval processes. Ability to see when prospects have viewed and signed documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to merge cells vertically, no ability to have dynamic date, and issues with spacing with PDF page breaks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency when sending customer-facing documents, ability to update variables in real-time with Import from CRM feature keeps data integrity up-to-date

Use the forums to help troubleshoot issues and make sure to download documents before sending to ensure the documents don't cut off after download
