Great product to create, manage and sign (good-looking) documents
What do you like best about the product?
The editor is quite powerful and easy to use. There are a few quirks, but nothing you can't work around quite quickly. It allows for the creation of great documents, and the signing process is very easy both for the sender and the signers. The most helpful features are the integrations, though. We can create documents for signing purposes from our CRM (it even syncs the data and populates the document!), Gmail and Google Drive in a few clicks only. It is very productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to the product. It is a bit clunky at times and sometimes it is slow to load documents, but it is not frequent and the awesome features more than counterbalance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows for the creation and signing of digital documents. We are using it for proposals, contracts, NDAs and a bunch of other documents that needs to be signed.

Sending, sharing, viewing, signing and storing contracts is all done online

If you don't like e-signatures, PandaDoc won't work for you
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts to customers, counter-signed by both parties and then disseminated and stored properly was a manual process involving paper, multiple scans, emailing and manual tracking.
PandaDoc automates the entire process. And provides extra visibility. You can see when prospects/customers view or sign the contract.

It saves me time and money in gas by allowing me to send and receive required paperwork to clients

Simplicity and the high level of customization. It is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not work much with it, so far everything is good. I faced some slight technical issues in terms of interaction with interface. I wish it was better and more fluid interaction with UI elements in terms of text editing

It has a lot ready-made presets for contracts/proposals. It is very useful for small and medium teams who lack theit own legal department

I really like about Pandadoc that i can include videos from youtube. Also the contract sign function is good for make closing deals more easy

Its not possible to copy and paste large parts of text

With panda doc i dont need send proposals via PDF ore just email, that make us loock more professional

What do you like best about the product?
The content library and templates make this tool next level. Real-time co-editing is also a game changer. The visual effect of a PandaDoc is top notch and the trackability is a huge value-add! PandaDoc has streamlined our proposal development process through easy collaboration with engineers and sales and our customers give positive feedback about the user exprience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting, Formatting, Formatting! The lack of ability to center text vertically (up and down) is a major miscue. No text wrap is another. There are things about MS Word that stink, but the formatting capabilities in PandaDoc are not there yet. They're getting better with each update, but they are not where I need them to be. I spend a HUGE amount of time adding "padding" to get things "just right". Also, the speed is not quite there. Loading speed, I'd give that a 7/10. For example, when you try to insert content from the content library, it doesn't fully load and is slow. We make it work, but it's a blemish.

The ability to create WORLD CLASS proposals QUICKLY by anyone in the organization. PandaDoc allows us to deliver seemingly complex proposals to customers quicker than the competition!

Some misconnection with our CRM (Pipedrive)

An easy and agile way to close contracts and is friendly to the environment.

I enjoy the ease of use of the free Pandadoc tier. For my basic needs, it does the job very well.

Nothing. I have only appreciation for the generous free tier that is provided.

Send PDF documents for signature with little overhead and maximum functionality for markup and signature.

It is sometimes challenging to limit what changes can be made to a contract before it is sent out
