Big Pandadoc fan
What do you like best about the product?
Once it is set up, it is an amazing time saver. Looks incredibly professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see many downsides. I wish I could select just certain slides out of portions of a document in the content library and not the entire deck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to have one set template to use - add to, adjust easily and most importantly - quickly and efficiently send proposals to clients. It removes the barrier of time of recreating things over and over.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the detailed information on PandaDoc. I also like the personalization you are able to use when sending out the documents for clients to review and sign. I always used Adobe but I am so happy my current company uses PandaDoc as it allows for so much more functionality making my job easier and makes me look good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything that makes me dislike the product.

It helping me though the process of contract management and providing proposals to close business.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations that are built into PandaDoc. They integrate seamlessly with our CRM.
I also enjoy how you can track when a client views your documents you send them. I use it multiple times per day in my day to day task.
It has been very easy to use and adopt I reccommend this to anyone looking for a easy, straightforward document system

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes. Everything is lovely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the cumbersome manual process of needing " wet signatures " for proposals and contracts, with PandaDocs it is all done seamlessly through the browser

Unfortunatly they changed to a limited options eary 2025 so we will be forced to move off the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It stores the documents I need to send new employees, and makes it easy to send them and receive them back completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many emails sent from Pandadoc during the signature process.

Pandadoc makes it possible to quickly send documents to new employees, and have the recipient complete and send back.
Panda makes my work day much easier with workflows and proposal templates.

The amount of time savings that I enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of online form submittals. We did use them internally, but had to switch to another solution. I was excited to use them for customer facing order capture but it was fiscally impractical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templating and copying of proposals cuts down work effort. Maintaining a branding standard is much easier. Allowing the clietn to sign digitally is also a big help.
Signatures in a flash
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc allows you to see in real time if the receipient has viewed the document and it allows them to sign virtually any where by using their mobile number or email address. By having the feature that the person can sign on their phone can eliminate time because everyone has their phone with them at least 99% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
To date, I have not had any issues or concerns with this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have to wait for days for someone to sign a document and sending it via email, we could not verify if the person actually reviewed the document. Now with the feature that allows you to know when a document is viewed, this can be presented to the court.
Made my life easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see when my document was viewed by the receiever. Tracking in general! Very straight forward UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't track the timeline of changes made to a document, requiring a new document for every update.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
With pandadoc the client dont need to print the contract to sign, it is very easy to fill and sign. Then i love the notification when the client open the contract. Very usefull for the negotiation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular I can do all the action I need with contract. Maybe it sends too many notification to the client to remind to sign the contract. Rarely happens that clients complain about that when they already decide to not firm the contract.

PandaDoc is user friendly, easy to navigate, and it allows me to get the job done in matter of minutes... all of that at a fraction of the cost from all the other competitors out there.

I like everything! PandaDoc has all the features I need to move my business forward.
