Easy to Use and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Interface was easy to learn, without having to watch a ton of orientation videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting can sometimes be difficult. If I need to change text spacing after already creating fillable forms, those fields can sometimes get shifted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to have new clients provide valid signatures without ever having to see them in person or print anything out.

It has so many options to choose from .
What do you dislike about the product?
Manouvering around , training not enough , need more in beginning , although now I think I'm pro:)

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of working on Panda doc is a major plus point.I didn't even take an Hour to learn about its usage.All though I am only using partial part of pandoc I am sure the other features are similarly remarkable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't think there is much of anything to dislike as I only use it for approval,So,that basic work is efficiently completed by panda doc without any hiccups

The main problem that panda doc is solving is that earlier things had to be individually mailed or physical signatures were required .WithbPandadoc this mailing headache is totally gone and notorizing stuff is nit a hasale anymore.
Mission Critical to shorten the closed sale cycle
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc's is mission critical in my role a sales person from begining to end of the sales cycle. Fron document gathering to post contract communications via a secure server Panda docs helps me cut my document gathering time in half. Eveything is stored in one place, I recieve immediate alerts when all parties have signed and the documets are easily downloaded to my PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some areas of improvement:
- Customers are able to upload duplicates in order to finalize.
- Would be nice to have automatic reminders at set times until all parties have signed.

Having to dig through my email inbox to find documents that are emailed by the client for one transaction on diffrent days and times.

Really easy to use, design and create docs, edit quickly

Can be a little clunky at times - and wish it was possible to sync to work offline

is easy to use, and very helpful in our business, sicne we sell globally this way is easier and cheaper to collect the signature from our clients

The interface i think it could be better, needs to be more user friendly and also have a better way to search sent documents, but in general, is good

been able to reach custoimers more easily to collet the singtures instead of having to wait to send by mail o the customer scan de signed documents

It is a great vehicle between the company's services and the contracting client.
It’s easy, user friendly, amazing and work in progress to something great.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact it's easy, setup and user friendly. This will be my preferred platform I can't wait for more features to come! I will continually provide feature request.

The price is 15 a session, and then when you buy in bulk it's not much of a discount. There is no notary queue or notary profile to share with direct clients to book or schedule. I am making a list.

The fact that I have a direct link to the session, the easy navigation for myself and client. How I able to add or remove signers. Time has able to cut down during a session.
Time Saving Templating!
What do you like best about the product?
Can create templates with variables that can be filled and forms can be customized for each client. This makes proposal writing much more efficient, saving me so much time for other tasks!

I wish it was easier to create footnotes in proposals.

Pandadocs is making proposal writing faster, and eliminating potential error. We create proposals for prospects in different countries, with different currencies, some have different taxes, variable primary vertical markets, and creating templates makes this a breeze for me!
