What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a high-quality, organized, and certified remote work platform for collaborating with colleagues and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc still struggles to handle large documents, responding slowly and freezing.

PandaDoc is a quick, convenient, and high-quality document management solution.
Esignature easy and free!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows to send documents electronically for signature. There is a free plan available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far it has been great. I sent sevreral documents to sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, paper and money.
Pandadod is user friendly, easy to navigate. Labels are easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
1.The varibale, these option are useful on our templates. You can put all varibale you need.
2.You can also easily change the signer email address without putting the document on edit document mode (Click manage recipent>edit personal details) or you can (Click manage reciepient>change signer). Very helful especialy whe you have more than one signer (if one signer alaready signed), no need to resend the whole document for them to sign again.
3. You can copy paste the existing initial box on all pages and paste on the same place of each pages. Make my work easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
1.There are some glitches. Ex: I already filled up all the variables and sent the document, and it was sent successfully and no warning that there's is something that needs to be filled up. When the document is send and you check it one varibale did not reflect the info I provided (ex: Applicant name should be Ana Jones. It still shows {applicant name} in document.
2. There are days that the app is slow.
Additional: If pandadoc can have an option for the sent document to extend the expiration without doing edit document, is much better.

Putting manualy of initial box. Pandadoc improved it and we can now copy paste it on the sample place on each pages of the document.
Efficient Document Management with Seamless Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of PandaDoc, which speeds up the sales process and lets us focus more on the deal process and other key areas. I appreciate the Salesforce integration because it speeds up our process, and I enjoy using the templates as they ensure all contracts are consistent and help reduce errors. The initial setup was really quick and simple, and there was good support available.

I use PandaDoc to create order forms, manage deals, and confirm terms. It ensures proper regulation, speeds up our sales process, reduces contract errors, and integrates with Salesforce effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using PandaDocs earlier this year and it has been very useful to our business. The Rooms, templates, ease of use, integrations, and friendly account managers have made the move seamless. I would highly recommend it.

Mass editing could be improved, or adding AI to help with repeat admin work

Helping us have a central location for all our compliance and regulatory items.
Pretty good software for generating quotes when connected with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Quote generation is generally a bit of a drag, but with PandaDoc, it is less of a drag. Once you enter the line items in Hubspot, it can pull those items into Pandadoc, and generate the quote seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation took a bit longer. Also, sometimes it generates a fake "Qty" column which is not really correct. You can hide it and show the real "Qty" column, which is actually the one linked. Not really sure what causes that weird behavior.

It makes the quote generation easier.
A great solution for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very affordable for small businesses. It has enough features to help streamline the "get a contract signed" process. I love the feature of being able to assign information and signature fields to different users and that PandaDoc notifies me when everyone has completed their part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to PandaDoc, but if I'm being really nitpicky...
* Creating documents can be a little tedious in getting data fields to align properly with the text.
* If you are copy & pasting from existing Word (or other) documents, the initial "paste" requires some dilligence in getting it properly formatted to PandaDoc.
* Printing out a PDF of an agreement often comes out really misaligned - to the point of being indecipherable.
Once that's all done, functionally, PandaDoc is great!

Everything can be done digitally for our clients. We used to send PDF templates of our contracts. Other than those with upgarded Adobe features, everyone else had to print the PDF, manually fill out the info, and then scan/photograph the doc and send it back to us. WIth customizable data fields (for the client) and e-sigs, they can do it all from their phone/PC.

Easy to use, easy to sign and your clients are used to this kind of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't upload the GDocs on the same format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster deal closing
highly recommended to friends and employees, however there are time that you will experience latency

Quick and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from an Adobe User for many years, switching to PandaDoc has made updating documents/templates very easy and much more user friendly. Our Customer Service Manager/Rep is very helpful with questions.
As for using PandaDoc, I use it everyday and we have around 29 users throughout our company that use it as well. They hardly report issues to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when uploading a document and using the "convert" feature, the spacing and alignment messes up. It is quick to fix, however.

Effective e-signatures for completing onboarding paperwork and offer letters.
