Allows digital and telematic signing, providing legal assurance to the signing process to avoid future issues with contracts.

PandaDoc is very easy to use, our partners who use it are very happy with the ease of use.

Some clients are reluctant to use a virtual service that they are not familiar with.

Easy to use and accessible from anywhere.

Difficult to locate historical documents once established for a few years.

Saves so much time and so easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to send a document and I receive signatures fast as compared to when customers have to hand sign and then scan/email or fax them back to me. Close sales a lot faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customers do not fully understand that the document was to be sent to the signer. They then forward the email they received which does not make for a legal signature when the new recipient signs it. The signature certificate names do not match so you have to contact the customer again to explain how e-signature's work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receive fast signatures and legible.

I like the fact we can create, amend and get documents signed with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
It is fustrating that as we are in the UK, when a ticket is raised the time difference is an issue due to uk working hours against the US. However not the end of the world.

Producing personalised documents that stand out from the basic uniform quotations etc produced from quoting platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadocs is our main platform for collecting signatures for contracts. It is easy to create template and documents to send for signature. But what I really love is the support Pandadocs gives- either via office hours or a team that follows up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadocs could use improved methods for integrating with word documents. The formatting can be problematic when moving between the two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadocs has provided us with a very simple but comprehensive system to ensure our documents get signed and distributed upon execution. We love the ability to view and track the status of the document and the signing process.
Panda Doc is pretty solid

Panda doc makes it very easy to do all my online documents for my business and clients. It's very robust and the customer service is pretty solid.

The price could always be a little better!

Convenient and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It integrates with our order entry system and auto-populates the required fields. It will notify me when a prospect "views" a document. I love the auto reminders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It allows a customer to "finish" the form without selecting a "term option". It does not recognize when the signer's name does not match.

the dashboard, home screen, recent docs, completed forms, etc.. all beneficial
