What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc to create and manage contracts and send proposals, and I find it incredibly timesaving and organized to handle everything in one place. I appreciate the ease of creating, sending, and tracking documents with PandaDoc. I also value the signature feature, which simplifies the agreement process by removing the friction of printing or scanning documents and reduces the need for back-and-forth emails. The initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy, which was a big plus for our small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design experience could be improved. I don't find it very intuitive to create documents that are both practical and visually polished. Just make it more similar to docs, have multiple fonts available, make it easy to change the doc background colors and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to streamline our document workflow. It allows us to quickly create, send, and sign contracts and proposals without email exchanges. The ease of creating, tracking, and finalizing documents saves time and keeps everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple PandaDoc is to use. The ability to have templates that I can easily reuse is great, and it's super fast to send out a document. I use the templates tool the most as it enables me to send the same document over and over again easily. The initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the recent changes to the user interface. It makes it take a little longer to input text into a document and send out.

PandaDoc eliminates the need for paper files for employees, making document management simpler.

What is our primary use case?
I use PandaDoc to create contracts and sometimes even send invoice estimates. Recently, I created an automation where I connected PandaDoc with Pipedrive, and once a deal is moved to a certain stage in Pipedrive, the contract is created and sent to the person.
What is most valuable?
The best feature that I love in PandaDoc compared to other tools is that it has variables that when filled up with values, they seem part of the contract, while other contract management companies use the drag and drop feature, which is sometimes good, but sometimes we just want the content to fit in the document.
Another feature that stands out for me would be the ability to pay right in the document, where a customer can pay using Stripe connected with PandaDoc, and that can help us smooth our payment processes.
PandaDoc has a major impact on our workflow. Previously, we had been creating contracts manually, and whenever a client was closed, we had to go to PandaDoc and create it manually. With the integration and the automation that we created, it has improved our workflow and has saved us so much time. I would say at least 10 to 15 hours per week is saved by this.
What needs improvement?
One thing that I wanted to do with PandaDoc and have not been able to do is allow the client to choose what they want to pay for. The only problem I noticed with one of the automations I was creating was the ability for the customer to choose what product they want to add into their invoice. For example, if they want to add a monthly or annual fee, there should be an option for that.

I find PandaDoc stable in my experience.

I don't have any problems with PandaDoc's scalability.

I used DocuSign before and I used Simple Sign, but PandaDoc's UI is much easier for your eyes, and the variable feature that PandaDoc has is what I appreciate.

The pricing for PandaDoc is good and very comfortable, and the setup cost is not very much. As soon as we create the contract, creating it on PandaDoc is very easy, so the setup cost does not really amount to anything. I have not used PandaDoc's licensing features yet.

I use PandaDoc for sending contracts to potential members, and it really helps by making the process of sending contracts and collecting payments easy. Members love how easy it is to use, and it saves them the drive to sign a contract in person. I find it incredibly easy to customize documents and tailor them to exactly what I need. Saving templates and creating different versions of documents makes getting one sent timely so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
When entering into the 'Properties' of some fields on a document, it can be quite confusing on how to use. Editing documents are good for changing one off words, but changing certain sections can be difficult on some occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves lengthy deal cycles by simplifying contract sending and payment collection. Members appreciate not needing to drive in for signatures, as it's easy to use. Customizable templates make it quick to prepare documents, saving time while accommodating membership variations.
Easy to Use with Stellar Support, CRM Integrations, and Training
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, customer service, integrations with our CRM (HubSpot), and their helpful webinars and training. If I have a question, I know where to go for the answers. I really feel like they want us to succeed in our business!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they're improving and working to increase their workflows and AI capabilities, but I would love additional automations and workflow features that I can customize to the use of our business to speed things up. It's like 85% there. :)

We mainly use PandaDoc as our primary platform for e-signatures, sales quote docs, NDAs, and other internal documents. It presents professionalism that matches our branding as we present quote docs to customers.

As a company we use pandadoc daily. I really appreciate how easy PandaDoc is to use, especially for our less tech-savvy employees. It makes it simple to create templates, add signature boxes, send contracts, and then receive and track payments.

At the moment, there’s nothing I dislike about PandaDoc.

I like that once a contract is sent, I can immediately invoice the customer, and I can also track payments to see what’s on time and what’s late.

I find PandaDoc very easy to use. It provides a good paper trail or email trail of what customers have agreed to, and it allows us to set out all of our terms and conditions in a simple, easy-to-understand way. The initial setup was very straightforward.

There was an issue with the payment. Our annual subscription was taken from a card that I no longer use.
