Effortless Proposal Creation with Time-Saving Features

What do you like best about the product?
I love easily filling out the text variables in PandaDoc because I can fill out the variables in one space and it saves me time by filling out the rest of the blanks for me. It's really awesome! The saved content library also saves more time compared to using Word or Adobe. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly, I enjoy every part of it. I'd improve nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the problem of creating and customizing new documents. I love filling out text variables easily, which saves me time. It replaces Word or Adobe, especially with its saved content library, making drafting proposals more efficient.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for PandaDoc is for agreements and e-signatures. I will be using PandaDoc to generate the agreements after deal closure, and after the agreement review internally, I will be sending it to the client. They will verify, and then we will be sending it out for a signature.

What is most valuable?

I appreciate the HubSpot connectivity with PandaDoc, as that is helpful for our team. In my opinion, the best features PandaDoc offers are e-signature, editing, and the connectivity with HubSpot.

PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by helping to move the approvals faster and get the agreements in. The approvals are now one or two hours faster. The HubSpot integration specifically helps my team by saving time, as we can connect directly from HubSpot to PandaDoc.

What needs improvement?

PandaDoc can be improved at the interface level, as it needs some improvement because it is not user-friendly. The pulling from the content library is a little bit difficult. We want to update any content library and pull it back into the agreement, and that area makes it difficult.

I have been using PandaDoc for the past eight months.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

PandaDoc is stable.

PandaDoc's scalability is good.

The customer support is good.

Before using PandaDoc, we used DocuSign, where we were facing many troubles with signature and those kinds of things. After PandaDoc, it has become streamlined. We previously used DocuSign in our company, which was not that great or user-friendly, so we moved to PandaDoc.

What was our ROI?

I have seen a return on investment, and it is time saved.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing experience is a little bit higher, and we want to reduce the pricing according to usage, so that is an area we want to focus on.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing PandaDoc, I evaluated other options such as DocuSign.

What other advice do I have?

All features are good, and I do not have much to add about them. My advice to others looking into using PandaDoc is that it is a great tool for a growing company. I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.

Streamlined Document Management, Minor Formatting Issues

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create, send, or track documents with PandaDoc. The interface is good, and the templates save us time. It's easy for users from different departments to learn quickly, and templates help us standardize documents instead of creating them from scratch. I really value the e-signatures and templates in PandaDoc. The UI setup and workspace setup are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the platform works for what we need, but there could be some improvements to the advanced formatting.
The SSO portion could have used some work as there was not a specialist in that department which left us fending for ourselves or being told 'this won't work' when in reality that wasn't true. This is no longer the case though as they now have a dedicated tech for SSO that's extremely knowledgable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc streamlines document creation, approvals, and e-signatures, reducing manual paperwork. Its user-friendly interface and templates save us time by standardizing documents easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of creating templates, branding your documents, and collaboration with clients and team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts feel needlessly complex—for example, applying a template format to an uploaded Word document, figuring out the sign-off order, and having to understand how permissions work at the template level versus the document level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documents are extremely easy to collaborate on. My team can communicate directly inside PandaDoc, so we don’t have to rely on Slack or Microsoft Teams just to discuss changes or ask questions.

Redlining with clients is straightforward: I send the client a link, and they can comment and propose edits right within the document—no sign-up required.

I also like using variables in templates. They make it simple to create and update new documents while avoiding common mistakes, like leaving in another client’s name or information, using the wrong dates, and similar errors.

I believe that using an easy and reliable e-signature solution is essential today because it simplifies the signing process, saves time, and removes unnecessary friction compared to printing and scanning documents.

.I am concerned about the publicity they are asking me to pay for, because it does not seem clearly justified or aligned with the value I would realistically receive from it.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for signing documents and notary, and it saves both time and money. I like the easy template creating and the careful customer care. The notary service works well and fast, which is great. Also, the initial setup was easy because there is great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the automatic filling in repeating fields (like initials).

What is our primary use case?

PandaDoc is a game changer for our organization. We use PandaDoc to draft and submit business proposals as well as send clients our terms and conditions prior to them signing up with us as our customers. The reminder system and templatization greatly speed up the drafting and sending of these documents, and the collection of digital signatures ensures we are compliant legally. This helps us to send proposals much faster and easily keeps track of the progress and viewing of the documents by our potential clients.

PandaDoc is a great tool for sending proposals and terms and conditions to our customers for collection of digital signatures. The ability to templatize our documents and have collaborators help finish the document is invaluable. The dashboard is a game changer as it gives us one place to view all our active documents and the status of the documents.

Sending enrollment agreements is super easy, especially since PandaDoc works with HubSpot. Most of the time, I don't have to enter in numbers myself, so it makes for a much quicker turnaround.

I also love being able to change the expiration date since everyone has different enrollment deadlines. The functionality is endless and could be used for a myriad of things. Since we are able to create our own templates, it opens a world of possibility.

What is most valuable?

The best features PandaDoc offers include filling information for HubSpot, ease of use for those who are technologically challenged, and the ability to create several templates for all different instances.

PandaDoc has impacted my organization positively as it has been a game changer overall. It simplified the enrollment processes for us, created a system where all documents would be saved properly and not forgotten, and very securely. Also, it is very easy to use for both us and our clients.

Time saved creating documents and contract language has resulted in great efficiency and an excellent customer experience. We have been able to save approximately 50% of our time. I measure the 50% time savings through turnaround and quick document sending and creating through the templates.

What needs improvement?

There are not a lot of areas for improvement. However, it could have better integration with meeting tools so you can go over a proposal with clients face-to-face. It can be difficult to figure out which token to use so it can grab the information from HubSpot.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using PandaDoc for three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

PandaDoc is stable as there is no downtime or lagging noticed. It is very stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

PandaDoc's scalability handles my organization's growth very efficiently.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support of PandaDoc is very proactive and responsive 24/7. I rate the customer support nine out of 10.

I previously used Adobe Acrobat Sign before PandaDoc. The reason why we switched from Adobe is that it is kind of complex and not so cost-effective compared to PandaDoc.

I have seen a return on investment because this tool has helped improve cash flow from the ability to collect payments. It helps me keep track of which contracts a client has signed. Templates have allowed me to both standardize proposals yet allowed rapid customization for each specific customer while saving a lot of time.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is very cost-effective and affordable.

I evaluated HubSpot Marketing Hub before choosing PandaDoc.

What other advice do I have?

PandaDoc is a very cost-effective tool, easy to use, and very secure. I would give it a nine out of 10 overall rating. I choose nine out of 10 because it is very user-friendly and the fastest possible option, plus the confirmation of which document has been viewed and completed by our clients is a great plus. It is very cost-effective, easy to use, and the support has always been proactive and affordable.

PandaDoc is deployed in my organization in a hybrid model. The cloud provider we use with our hybrid deployment is Amazon Web Services (AWS). PandaDoc's performance and speed are very reliable and fast.

The onboarding process for new users in my team is very easy as PandaDoc is easy to learn, especially through the integration with HubSpot. All types of technical users can use PandaDoc. PandaDoc's reporting and analytics are good as we can track sent documents to our clients and their status easily.
