Taking Signature is Very easy with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
Taking signature on doc was very tedious task for us. Clients had to take print and then scan then we clients used to send, but PandaDoc made our task very easy. Clients can sign and send it easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about it Pandadoc made out problem so easy. We are using on daily basis to take signs on invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it taking sings on contracts and invoices. Clients had to scan the printed signature (wet signature ) to sign. which was very tedious task, we often hear complains about it. but now we are using PandaDoc. so we can do it very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of E-signature in panda doc is great, the huge list of inbuilt templates is what makes it shine out of competitors. Their customer support is excellent, whenever we have any doubts in using it, they will answer it in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more integrations, rest the app is good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a CRM and we generally use it to send documents for signature, their inbuilt templates saves us a lot of time in our process. It is an easy to use and a quick e-signature platform.

These are some areas which need a improvement-
Pricing- Its quite costly for a beginner to manage its own business.
Cloud based service so there is no offline functionality.

Simple, intuitive and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Doc is a simple and easy to use programme for sending contracts. Interesting is the use of variable fields to fill in, which makes the process of editing documents and the content library functionality easy. You will be able to create a document easily thanks to its templates and library. I recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Points for improvement: Creative editing could be a little better. It would also be interesting to have the possibility of massive updates in templates and content library. Otherwise, everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of contract sending and signature management. Creation of standardised documents.

It's quite easy to use , customer support is available 24*7 and it include almost all the features which are required by a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it offer free version but for using it's advanced feature such as integrations and workflow automation requires high costing plans.

Earlier sales team used to loose their contract with the client due to a prolong manual doc signing and other stuffs but now with e-sign one can get the deal closed very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy creating, sending, and tracking documents. The templates save tons of time, and the e-signature process is smooth for both me and my clients. The real-time notifications are also super helpful for knowing when someone views or completes a doc

the mobile experience isn’t as smooth as the desktop version so I always use desktop version to sign my documents

PandaDoc: Friendly Integration with Great Features
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc can integrate into our CRM (HubSpot) and can be easily used for our client contracts with ease of digital communication notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not yet found anything significant that we dislike.

PandaDoc has made it much easier to facilitate client documents/contracts. There are few "steps" to the process with PandaDoc
Very Convenient to use simple fast and easy

The Signature feature is so good, and the its integration with the CRM software makes it so lovely to use and eases your works a lot

Idk there is anything that's that downside except the dashboard and some features that could be better
