Streamlined Doc Prep for Every Gig
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there's a tab for every step of the document lifecycle, from draft to waiting on others to completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't recall a document after it's been sent out if I need to make revisions, the Suggestions option during sending doesn't really work for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe PandaDoc is providing our department with an easy documentation tool for accountability and organization. The template option means that for every contract we can readily provide a proposal, a confirmation and a report.
Pandadoc customizable templates and integration to any CRM are great
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Pandadoc can easily integrate to Zoho CRM, Hubspot, Xero, and any other popular apps via zapier. The native Zapier integration is also a plus. We're able to customize the template design and assign those to different offers within our deal pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to polish the reporting dashboard and reminders that include SMS and multiple sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pandadoc for instant proposal generator. So our sales team can easily send the proposal during the call and get it signed on the spot.

I like that it is easy to send out contracts and it is easy to use.

Nothing at the moment it is going well. Only used it for a little.

Helps me send contracts to clients
PandaDoc is great but I feel the pricing is a bit costly and a bit laggy at time on mobile

Its very easy to use and has great feature which keeps improving with time. So overall its easy and intuitive that best about it

Pricing structure and the bug while accessing through mobile are the things I dislike about PandaDoc

It make it very easy for us to take client signature using the e signature feature. Also when want to quote anything in official way
Short Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed implementing this platform into my firm. I had it up and running in a few hours with the help of customer support and collecting E-Signatures within a day. I don't use all of the features that PandaDoc offers but I can see where many of them would be helpful. Due to how easy it is to use I find myself using it every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish PandaDoc would provide more information regarding upcoming changes.

It is an easy to use platform and comes with premade contract templates.

It is not very mobile friendly especially when you need to make customizations to their inbuilt templates.

Easy to use on the customer's side and very user friendly.

You can't edit the doc without it wiping out everything already on the doc.

Using PandaDoc globally for HR purposes
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it very easy to send documents electronically to anyone globally. It is easy to use, easy to keep track of pending and completed documents and has a seamless process inplace.

Best for eSignature with simplified UI
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc UI is very simple to use. Also now they have implemented an workflow system to automate tasks as much as possible. Also it has good integrations compared with other competitive software's.

For an small scale business it feels that the monthly pricing is more costly.

To do e-signatures on document related to proposal , client agreements, etc.
