What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping automate the document creation and sales flow process.
Using PandaDoc is a great way to get any kind of Edocument done.
What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easy for our employees and potential candidates to access documents that need to be filled out electronically if they're not able to do it in person. Our company has employees through out different cities and states so it gives our internal staff ease of getting documents done accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually placing all necessary filling options could get tedious, especially if you have multiple pages. PandaDoc has added the option to automatically add all the "fill" sections but its either all or none, there's no in between to pick and choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is helping me reduce paper waste and time on getting the documentation I need signed or filled out quicker. I can send multiple documents at the same time and my employees find it easier to submit documents when I need them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface, time-saving automation, and professional presentation of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're unable to include more than one version of a font family (e.g., regular and bold) in our branded theme. While we’ve found a per-document workaround, it would be great if the branded theme could support both font variations across all documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us write proposals faster with templates and catalog items to pull from, and helping us get signatures faster.
PandaDoc is very easy to use. It is reliable, fast and has worked seamlessly every time I used it.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the invite feature. You can easily invite party members to others to sign your document. I also love how there is a signature, initial, etc. feature. It makes things super easy without having to import signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the log in and sign up screens are hidden behind a bunch of ads to buy the premium version. I'd like it more if it was cleared up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is ensuring that I can safely do commissions on my online business.
Great tool with awesome support, but the name throws people off
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot integration works well. Everything just flows together without any headaches. I also have to give props to their customer support team. Anytime I've had questions or run into issues, they've been super helpful and quick to respond. It's nice to actually get real help when you need it instead of being bounced around.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is the name. I can't tell you how many times customers have asked me if the PandaDoc email is legit or if it's some kind of spam. The name just doesn't scream "professional document signing platform". It sounds more like a random app or something sketchy. It creates extra work for us having to reassure clients that yes, this is actually our real document system and not a phishing attempt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It basically eliminated all the back-and-forth email chaos we used to have with getting contracts signed. Before, we were dealing with printed docs, scanning, and constantly following up on missing signatures. Now I can send it out, track everything in real-time, and know exactly when it's done. Way faster turnaround and way less headache for everyone involved.
Pandadoc is feature rich, allows for beautiful document creation, but is held back by bugs.
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has powerful editing tools, and the ability to upload PDF and DOCX files makes the creation of documents quick and easy. The experience for the signer is guided by an intuitive user interface, and everyone can figure it out. The advanced features like quote builder, product catalogue and more help to make it a well-rounded e-signature platform. I am able to connect with API and integrations to other services that help signed agreements flow into our CRM and billing software without much added hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple tickets open with the pandadoc support team for bugs that haven't been solved. One example is the mobile app butchering the placement of fields on documents and making it difficult for reps in the field to capture signatures. Speaking of support, the support team doesn't offer a way to get in touch live, even on their highest plan. You have to submit a ticket and wait a few hours at least for a reply. This creates some friction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows us to create agreement and proposal templates, and capture the customer's selections and signature in a single email.
PandaDoc for Ecommerce
What do you like best about the product?
I like that pandadoc is integrated with zapier and hubspot so that I can create deals in Hubspot and a quote is automatically generated within minutes on PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only 2 downsides about pandadoc is that sometimes the quote that gets generated takes 20 minutes or so or rarely never makes one. The other downside is that they constantly update their software so items are constantly moving around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the fast quoting and beating the punch to your competitors. For a example, if a customer visits our website and a competitor to request quotes from each, PandaDoc's fast quote generation allows us to send a quote to a customer in less than 10 minutes which is faster than our competitors response time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the full signature cycle allowing it to go in process. It is easy to assign and have multiple people sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont love that it requires a fully executed doc before cc'd people get a notification about that document.

I can easily create signable documents.

It allows you to take existing documents and make them signable. It is easy to use!

I always have to hunt for the login button.

Perfect for Small Business Owners
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is most helpful when signing contracts virtually. My favorite feature is that recipients can sign by drawing their actual signature digitally. PandaDoc makes it easy to close on a contract. They do respond to customer support inquiries within 24 hours which is nice. I use PandaDoc 3 times a month which is a free and easy platform for a growing business owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc previously allowed a lot of documents signed on their free plan. They recently changed their services to only offer 5 free per month which includes revisions. If you have one document that you have to update 5 times, then this is included in the 5 for the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving the problem of an inexpensive way to get signatures signed. I already pay for enough of web application, I didn't want another one for small scale use. I have my own e-commerce system but I didn't have a way to easily sign contracts that would securely send the contract to the user and to me without storing it on a website. This is the problem it solves for me.
