Pandadoc will help us integrating our CRM with offers and contracts, making this process more automated.

Automate contracts and offers
Pandadocs is easy to use and allows for quick client conversions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can send contract proposals to clients that allows them to pay directly. The ability to create checkboxes means that we can send a potential client multiple options, they can select a checkbox for what they want and pay directly. It cuts down on back-and-forth and allows for quicker conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we receive payment through PandaDoc, we don't get invoices to send to clients. We use quickbooks, and then have to go in and create them, and send manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes contracting easy for us, and it's easy for our team to use and quick to send full documentation to potential clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I am the logistics and operations person for a nonprofit, and most of my time and work is spent trying to make things easier for our small team. Often, that work involves trying to automate or digitize many of our processes while acknowledging that our team has a WIDE variety of comfort levels with technology. We contract over 100+ artists a year, and our first platform was DocuSign. It was...fine. Pricy, cumbersome, ugly. We switched to PandaDoc a few years ago and like it so much more. I'm able to customize different themes that apply to different contracts based on business area, the template feature is so helpful, and I love how flexible the field integration is. It's been easier to get artists to actually sign their contracts, and it's way less intimidating, which means even our more lovingly luddite staff members can look at the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of little things, like features that exist in one place but not another. One example - I can duplicate a contract if I'm in "My Documents" but I can't duplicate a contract if I actually have it open. I wish there was a way to edit a document without erasing signatures - maybe it could send the signatory a message to approve or initial instead of making everyone start all over.

I contract over 100+ artists every year, and PandaDoc makes it way easier to send those out, track them, and actually get artists to sign the paperwork
Efficient and User-Friendly, Minor Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc incredibly efficient, especially with its templates that save me from rewriting contracts for different clients, making my work faster and more streamlined. The ability to easily copy and paste links for clients to sign, even via WhatsApp, is a fantastic feature. I also appreciate the stamp official document that PandaDoc generates when both parties sign, as it adds legitimacy to the contracts. These features combined make it an invaluable tool in my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to change the signer's details, such as their email or name, which results in me having to delete the entire document and start over. This process is not user-friendly and could be streamlined for better efficiency. Additionally, I experienced issues with integrating PandaDoc with Pipedrive. Although the issue eventually resolved itself after disconnecting and reconnecting the integration, it was inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc accelerates contract management with templates, saving me time from rewriting for each client. It simplifies signing with easy link sharing via email or WhatsApp and generates official documents upon completion.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly UI and managing multiple workspaces are easy. Tracking of sign requests are also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating with other systems, such as Salesforce, and utilizing those fields in template generation can be challenging, especially when it comes to grouping specific fields or performing summations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how smooth the whole process of creating and sending a document is. The pre-built templates allow us to save a lot of time, and the other capability of tracking when the client remotely opens or signs a document is tremendously useful. The interface is clean, fast, intuitive, and works very well with our CRM software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The document editor feels pretty limited for complex layouts, and you often find that pad formatting goes awry while pasting from Word. Additionally, some features like conditional logic are available only on higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc simplifies the entire process of managing documents from drafting to signing. Previously, I was spending a lot of time and effort manually sending documents through persistent emails to clients, which was highly inefficient. With PandaDoc, my clients and I utilize templates, and I receive notifications in real time, which is much more efficient and time-saving. It is a win-win for both my clients and me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formatting can be challenging at times so takes some time to learn how to quickly bypass its set format. But it is a minimal downside.

It is easy to use, its interface is userfriendly. The features and their tutorials are very helpful for corporations. Customer support is very responsive

I can't seem to fgiure out how to send the same document to multiple people to sign off on individually.

Pandadoc has made eodcumentation very easy for me especially obtaining signatures and in maintaining a management system, however i still feel like some kinks need to be worked out- how can i send the same document to multiple people to sign individually?
Simple and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
It gets the job done for the most basic needs of document e-signing, and it a bit cheaper than the traditional DocuSign which is useful for infrequent use.

The basic plan does not allow for setting ordered signing.
