What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has a lot of great features that make managing contracts simple and efficient. One thing I like best is the real-time notifications — they let me know exactly when a customer has opened or viewed the contract. It’s a small detail, but it really helps me stay on top of follow-ups and gives me confidence that nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes editing contracts can be a bit challenging, especially when multiple sections need to be updated or when formatting shifts unexpectedly. It can take some extra time to make sure everything stays aligned and looks clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the problem of managing and tracking contracts efficiently. Before, I had to rely on email attachments and back-and-forth messages to confirm when someone received or viewed a document. Now, everything is in one place — I can create, send, track, and get signatures without any confusion. It saves me time and keeps my workflow organized.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has completely transformed our contract and document workflows. It’s incredibly intuitive - easy for both internal teams and customers to use - and has drastically reduced turnaround times for agreements, MSAs, and renewals. The template functionality and automation features have made scaling our processes seamless, while integrations with Salesforce keep everything centralized and transparent. I use PandaDoc every single day - often all day - and it consistently makes my work faster, smoother, and more organized. Their customer support is also absolutely stellar - quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and proactive in resolving any issue or question. It’s one of those rare tools that actually makes your day easier every single time you use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that complex templates can occasionally take some fine-tuning to get field logic just right. That said, the support team is responsive and solutions-oriented, and any minor challenges are far outweighed by the platform’s value and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has solved one of our biggest pain points - managing contracts, templates, and customer documents efficiently across multiple teams. Before PandaDoc, contract creation, approvals, and tracking were manual and fragmented. Now, everything is automated, standardized, and integrated with Salesforce, giving us full visibility and control. It’s eliminated hours of administrative work, reduced errors, and accelerated our time to signature and onboarding. The ability to build dynamic templates, collect customer data seamlessly, and manage every document in one place has been a game-changer. It’s not just a document tool - it’s a true workflow and process enabler that helps us move faster and operate smarter every day.

What do you like best about the product?
Panda sends me lots of feedback along the way to having a sales contract signed - when the receiver opened it, when they signed it, etc. I'm not left wondering if they ever received it, and then opened it. And if it goes into the next day, I innocently call and ask if they have any questions or issues that they'd like me to answer. usually I get a "no", and then soon after, a signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it works smoothly and seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time - we have a limited window to sell our product and this speeds things up

Love the ease of adding all necessary information into a document and being able to customize each section that I have my clients fill out. Very easy to use and implement into my business!

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a template with the documents needed for our business is straightforward, which simplifies my work since I have to personalize them for each client. It also makes it easier for our clients to complete and sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for about 6 months now and I have yet to find a con.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create documents very quickly by using templates, which are also simple to set up. This has saved me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the variety of templates available. The ability to track who has viewed my documents and manage the internal approval process is also very helpful. Additionally, I like that it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that PandaDoc does not offer a simple, one-click option to refresh and resend an expired document. Instead, I have to edit the document and go through the entire internal approval process again before I can redeliver it to the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating templates for quotes, sending electronic signature documents, tracking sales contracts, and ensuring all necessary parties are included in opportunities are all important aspects of the process.
