What do you like best about the product?
its ability to streamline the document creation, signing, and tracking process. It’s especially great for businesses or teams that need to create contracts, proposals, or other documents on a regular basis. Plus, the e-signature feature makes it easy for clients or team members to sign off on things without needing to print or scan anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
trying to switch the page orientation between portrait and landscape in PandaDoc and it’s not working, that’s definitely frustrating. Unfortunately, PandaDoc doesn’t currently have a direct way to change the orientation of pages once a document has been created. It usually defaults to portrait orientation, and the layout settings are somewhat limited compared to other document editors like Word or Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E-Signatures: PandaDoc eliminates the need for printing, scanning, or faxing documents for signatures. With e-signature capabilities, it’s super easy for clients or colleagues to sign documents from anywhere. This speeds up the process and eliminates the delays often caused by waiting for physical signatures.
Phenomenal for Global Contract Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
I think PandaDoc is a phenomenal product for getting contracts signed globally and electronically. I appreciate that it's overall a better choice compared to DocuSign. The basic setup is very easy now. It provides an easier way to touch base with customers, allowing me to know exactly if they viewed the contract. I find the ability to send documents globally particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate a lower price for PandaDoc as it could be more appealing to a wider audience with a more competitive pricing structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to streamline contract handling, making it easy to connect with customers globally and know when they’ve viewed contracts, eliminating the need for mail or in-person handling.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing the HubSpot integration to connect our deals with the proposal templates in PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a hidden limit to the smart content conditional statements that we were hitting and had no idea. It took a few weeks for the PandaDoc team to tell us this which was frustrating, one because the limit wasn't in the documentation and two that it took this long to tell us this and with no intention on raising the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent proposals that are easily replicated and customizable. Smooth contract process that does not require the use of backend code.
Super Easy Document Signing with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy PandaDoc is to use, which makes setting up and managing documents a breeze. The automatic email notifications on document views and signatures save me time, reducing the need for constant follow-ups. The e-signature feature eliminates the hassle of downloading, scanning, and resending documents, adding efficiency to my workflow. The ability to upload, save, and reuse documents for different needs is a major advantage, offering great convenience and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the home page could be improved by making it tidier. It seems like it lacks organization, and a more streamlined layout would enhance the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for easy, efficient document signing. It alerts me automatically when documents are viewed or signed, eliminating back-and-forth checks. It also allows document uploads for reuse, saving time and increasing productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy templates. Syncs with our HubSpot account. Forwarding capability to others in case our direct contact isn't the final approver.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we have someone sign a paper copy, the process of uploading it and moving to completed is not intuitive. I usually have to Google it to remember the steps.

Makes it easy for customers to sign and alerts our sales & customer team when we have someone new to onboard.

I find PandaDoc incredibly user-friendly, with seamless integrations that enhance our workflow efficiency. Its automation tools have drastically improved how we manage contracts, saving time by automating tasks previously handled manually. The e-signature function and document sharing capabilities provide a wonderful experience, benefiting both us and our clients. Additionally, the setup process was smooth, largely due to the helpful onboarding team, contributing to an overall positive experience. The pricing, with discounts, provides excellent value for scaling our business from 50 to 100 employees.

Robust Functionality and Secure Signing with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I find it very easy to use PandaDoc to upload and edit documents. The ability to include multiple signers and send copies of the documents is extremely useful, which avoids confusion and reduces errors in the signing process. Additionally, it helps me keep a detailed record of when and who signed, generating a repository of all signed letters and preventing impersonations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that at first it was a bit difficult for me to understand the PandaDoc menu. I think it would be useful to add email tracking features, so that the email subject has a reference to the exact document being signed.

PandaDoc helps maintain a secure record of signed letters, preventing signature forgery and simplifying the inclusion of multiple signers without confusion.

I think it is quite user friendly and great functionality.

I wish when I went to submit/ send the contract, it prompted me to update/ choose the expiration date.

Intuitive and Professional Proposals with Minor Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive and easy setup of PandaDoc. It makes creating complex proposals a breeze. Our proposals look professional, and it's easy for customers to review, print, share, and revise them, helping us close more deals. The document templates feature is especially useful, streamlining our proposal process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the spell checking capabilities of PandaDoc inadequate and in need of improvement. Additionally, the revision control is not as robust as I would like; it's too easy to accidentally overwrite templates, and once a mistake is made, reversing it is very challenging. These issues complicate the document preparation process and can lead to errors that are difficult to fix. But this can be overcome with a little patience and care to detail.

I find the product enhances the professionalism of proposals, making them easy for customers to review and sign, thus improving our deal closure rate.
