Effortless Document Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc easy to navigate and appreciate that I can add or delete items with ease. I also like that I can see when the recipient has viewed and completed the document. The initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy, with no issues at all. Overall, I liked PandaDoc more than DocuSign, which is why we made the switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of the editing could be improved, especially when it comes to being able to delete items. Like being able to cover up or delete something on the document after it has been uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for sending contracts, applications, and timesheets. I find it easy to navigate and add or delete items. I also enjoy seeing when the recipient has viewed and completed the document.
User-Friendly and Cost-Effective Document Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for client communication and agreements, and it saves me time while allowing for immediate communication and completion of our agreements at a time convenient for both myself and my client. PandaDoc is extremely user-friendly, and after using other programs like DocuSign, I've found PandaDoc to be extremely easy to figure out and work through. The decision to switch from DocuSign was influenced by PandaDoc being user-friendly and cost-effective. My coworker found the setup to be very easy and was excited to get us going with it. I would absolutely recommend PandaDoc, giving it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t figured out how to make a correction to a document once it’s been sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves time, enables immediate communication, and allows agreement completion at convenient times for both me and my clients.
Intuitive and Time-Saving, Needs UI Update
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for obtaining signatures for bills, and it saves me a lot of administrative time because I don't have to chase people down for signatures. I appreciate its ease of use and intuitive interface, which really help me manage my workflow better. The layout allows me to see all my signees in one place, which makes it easier to handle multiple signatures for invoices. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signatures and date dropdown boxes could be more intuitive. Instead of manually dragging and dropping them on each bill, it would be nice if I could click and the signature box find open space on my bill and also put the signatures in signing order on the bill. I would love the one-click feature, or have a preview feature that I could see all signatures before I hit send.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to manage signatures for bills, saving me time by not having to chase signatures and making workflow management easier with its intuitive layout.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc very easy for customers to use, even for those who aren't tech-savvy, which makes the document signing process a breeze. It's simpler than DocuSign, making it easy to open documents, view them, and find signature boxes. I also appreciate that it's easy to walk customers through signing, which is crucial for insurance documents. It's integrated with Slack and works well, adding value to my workflow. Additionally, having a growing team on it is easier, and the initial setup was quite easy.

Making it more obvious to change the automatic reminders

PandaDoc makes it easy to walk customers through signing insurance documents and is simpler than DocuSign. It's easy for non-tech savvy customers to use and helps with onboarding a growing team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to drag and drop in different templates, signature fields, date fields, and other necessary fields in PandaDoc. It really makes organization straightforward, allowing us to stay on top of everything we need to manage. The ease of use for team members to insert signature or date fields or any other prepopulated sections makes it simple and fast to get contracts out the door. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have any issues with Pandadoc currently.

I use PandaDoc to quickly create contracts and forms, ensuring accuracy with our base templates.

I like that PandaDoc is simple and easy to use. The integrations, especially with CRMs, are also a positive aspect for me as they simplify our workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

I wish that it would automatically see the amount of the document we're uploading and upload that. I have to go and change it every time something changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc for its ease of use. It's very simple to throw a Word document or a PDF at it, and it restructures and puts in the right format. I also appreciate that it takes the layout I use and makes the most of it, maximizing the ease for people being able to use it. Additionally, I love that it's significantly cheaper than alternatives like DocuSign and appreciate how it's very quick and cost-effective for guaranteeing that the right signatures receive the documents securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I feed it a Word document with tables in the past, it's struggled with that. I haven't tried recently since they've redesigned it, and maybe it's better now. But it used to struggle and put the wrong people in the wrong place.

I use PandaDoc weekly to send out agreements quickly and cost-effectively, ensuring the right signatures receive documents securely. It also allows cc'ing multiple people, keeping everything signed and correctly managed.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc for finalizing contracts and sending change orders, and it has been a game changer for our department. I love the ease of use and appreciate that it's user-friendly, making it simple for our customers to figure out with minimal assistance. The auto-fill feature and the ability to import custom documents are fantastic. I love that I can place fields as needed and easily make changes. It speeds up the entire process, allowing us to get virtual signatures on most documents and improve our ordering process. Reviewing older documents is very simple and user-friendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier/more direct way to download the signed document to my computer. I typically have to refresh the page to get the 'download' icon to appear. This should appear after the signature is received. For me, the initial setup was a little challenging, but that’s because I wasn’t added to the correct team (user error).

PandaDoc eliminates the need for in-person visits for contract finalization, making it easy for customers to use with minimal assistance, and it speeds up the workflow with features like auto-fill and virtual signatures.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how PandaDoc makes the entire process from start to finish smooth. The templates are fantastic; they save a ton of time and keep everything consistent without the need to double-check every detail. Having a base to start from instead of constantly rebuilding documents is a huge time saver. The initial setup was super easy, especially with the onboarding, which I highly recommend. It's also great to work with HubSpot. Overall, I find PandaDoc super easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to place a PDF directly inline into an agreement. It would eliminate a step for the customer if they were able to see it visually right away.

PandaDoc solved our scattered agreement management, cutting down manual edits and back-and-forth. Templates save us tons of time, keeping documents consistent without double-checking every detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc very easy to use. I'm really excited about the AppConnect features and using it for automation, which is helping to make things more efficient for us. It allows us to focus more on our clients without spending too much time on the back end. Our contracts and subcontractor agreements are now quick, easy, and fast, which is a big help since those used to be time-consuming for us. I also appreciate the great support from Maria, who provided quick links, offered free credits, and was overall very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're a little upset that it's going to charge us for the tokens, like the credits, and we were not aware of that in the beginning. Otherwise, we would not have spent $40,000 to upgrade our CRM to fit with the enterprise plan. But it is what it is. We'll see if it works out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for event contracts and agreements. It's easy to use, improves efficiency, and saves us time on the backend. With AppConnect, we look forward to further automating processes.
