My main use case for PandaDoc is for creating a document for signing and acknowledgement.
A specific example of a document I have created and sent for signing or acknowledgement using PandaDoc is an NDA document that needed to be sent to a vendor for signature.
When I sent that NDA to the vendor, I found the process smooth, and the workflow stood out positively to me.
What is most valuable?
The best features PandaDoc offers include the ease of creating a document and getting it signed, and the signed copies are also delivered to the parties, which is great.
What makes the document creation process easy for me in PandaDoc is that drafting the document is straightforward.
PandaDoc has positively impacted my organization by helping in creating the document and getting it signed, reducing the manual work of creating and sending it via mail, and sending the signed copies back again.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate workflows and connect to our CRM is a huge plus. The interface is sleek and intuitive and a huge step up in overall professionalism for our organization
What do you dislike about the product?
the formatting with templates can often get a bit funky. Ensuring things format to PDF correctly is a major pain when working with long documents. There are certainly work arounds but it almost involves purposely braking the system to get it right. If it could work closer to how word or Indesign operate, that would be more ideal with the complexity of the agreements we generate

Credibility and consistency. Visually, we made a major leap and with approval workflows it allows me to better manage our discounts and pricing before sending to customers

Ease of use and helpful extra features. I really like the redlining capabilities, and the approval process is straightforward.

Needing white labeling to get contracts to most clients and being charge for this.

PandaDoc is straightforward to use. It's been a useful tool for status metrics, which gives us a lot more insight into our processes and efficiency, especially with various contract work. These metrics and monitoring measures make it valuable because we didn't have them before. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the CSM support has been excellent, making the onboarding and ongoing management smooth for our organization. Overall, PandaDoc offers a valuable solution at a fraction of the price of competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration library could be more robust as it hinders greater adoption. The biggest integration improvement I'd like is with Workday and ServiceNow.

I use PandaDoc for pushing contracts out to clients, and it really helps with automation. I like the ease of use and how it automates the processes. The integration with HubSpot and another system works well for me, and I found it was better integrated compared to DocuSign. The initial setup was simple with no difficulties.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is an easy to use app! I like the ability to generate electronic signatures the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be time consuming to place all the different kinds of text boxes in the right spot.

Virtual meetings where participant signatures are required.
Efficient Integration but Needs Easier Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how things are encrypted in PandaDoc. I also like how it is easily integrated with Salesforce for the most part. It has fields that are directly pulled from Salesforce, which means we don't always have to manually enter information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping the fields can be a little bit confusing sometimes. And we do have to outsource a contractor to help us with this, which is a little bit frustrating. I wish it was a little bit more direct and easy to use in that aspect. I do think that it could be a little bit easier for teams to use on the back end when setting things up.

Inexpensive and Easy to Use for Sending Client Contracts

I love the inexpensive cost and the ease of use. I can quickly send out contacts for my clients to sign with ease

I wish it had more integrations but so far the worst thing I find about panda doc is is the limited customization options.
