Easy to use / flexible/ professional proposals
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes creating a professional proposal with different types of content (video/graphics/text) easy. Creating templates and documents is pretty straightforward and not time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is pretty flexible already, but there could be even more flexibility in the Editor tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create more professional proposals than we were before, which improve our brand and enhance our sales efforts, allowing us to standout from the competition.
Great eSignature System
What do you like best about the product?
Working in sales having an intuitive systems that quickly gets documents into clients hands ready to sign is important. This system is easy to use, rarely see any kind of glitches, and signing/forwarding is very easy on the client side.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes documents end up in spam filters but it is rare and unlikely a pandadoc issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actively controlling signature process - contracts and be reviewed, and I can monitor who has looked at it, when it is complete and route for processing all from one place.

PandaDoc gives you the most essential documents to start a company, draft a contract, setting up terms & policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really hard to tell. Perhaps they can provide more case studies around the importance of legal documents.

I love how easy it is to have clients complete the documents I send them. I was struggling heavily with compliance and now it's up by almost 70%.

I don't like the difficulty with attempting to delete a document that is no longer relevant.

I love how easy getting all my needs for treatment plans immediately solved and how quickly I can send them out.

If you need client's to respond to treatment plans and other documents then this site is perfect!

You can upload your entire price list so you don't have to type anything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little slow to load sometimes but overall it is great.

I can create a quote in less than 5 minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
My proposals are now 1000% more professional looking, allowing me to land contracts 20x than what I had been initiall quoting (no exaggeration). The ability to know if client opened your proposal, where they spent most time gives you insights which help you close the sale when you call them after. The templates and content library helped speed up the process of creating a proposal, and allowed us to be able to focus on the main core points of the proposal, rather than waste time. It’s wasy to personalise and speeds up the work flow tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple things like organising and sorting previously sent proposals, and may be ability to hide expired proposal. Copy and pasting text can also be tricky and I opt to typing it instead to save headache of formatting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to look professional to the clients, and present great proposal which show off our agency. When clients see the level of effort put into the proposal now, they see our agency as a big agency which can provide the work they need on a high end level. This allowed us to increase our margins.

Being able to have documents signed electronically.

Having to pay for a subscription for a service I only use seldomly.

I don't have to use regular mail or leave my home/office to have documents signed.
It has been great so far. My favourite part is that it’s free!

There is nothing I dislike about PandaDoc. Everything is very easy to access. Signatures, documents viewed, updates etc
