PandaDoc has been very useful in having clients review and sign docs
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see when people have viewed so you can see the stages of progress is helpful because it allows you to check in on clients progress and plan out when to send reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - would be nice to have some language options for non English speaking clients but it's easy enough to use that no one has had an issue with it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having clients sign by mail or having them download or learn to use Adobe would be such a hassle. Being able to send a link or quick email makes these documents much more accessible to the clients I work with. It makes things easier for us as well by making signed documents easily accessible to download and share with co-workers that need them.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. We now have a very streamlined and consistent pitch deck that can be created in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found anything that we dislike about PandaDoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using PandaDoc, we were sending out lots of attachments. The attachments took time to create. PandaDoc has allowed us to customize our presentations quickly and efficiently.

I haven't found a down side yet. Everything has been excellent.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently work as an Account Manager on a fintech that provides installments as payment method for basically any customer. Therefore, we constantly need to renew our partnerships with different commerces.
When I started using Panda Doc I was basically able to make the work of a whole department (the legal one) just by me.
Also, I enjoyed to automatize the experiencie for all the new users (commerces), they basically have to put their information on a link I have on Airtable and then, a whole contract gets done with that input.

Your doing a great job but a think you can try to improve your user acquisition by making the free account creation easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have pre loaded templates saving me time in making contracts
What do you dislike about the product?
Forced to only place one billing option where the customer has to pre agree to the method of billing and then you have to remove the options they don't want. You can't complete the contract of there are 2 or more billing options in the contract template

Writing multiple contracts and saving templates of new modernized contract policies

What do you like best about the product?
I love the bulk send and the ability to use Zapier to integrate and automate saving into DropBox and OneDrive. Originally when we had paper contracts, we would have to remove the staples, scan, and then save EACH contract. It would take months to get them all saved. This has been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot click multiple documents to delete and that I cannot remind a group of people at one time. If there was an error made in the template or the CC'd staff, we would have to delete them individually, which is time consuming when schools have more than 100 employees. This is the same when sending out reminders. A school will ask for us to resend ALL contracts that have not been signed yet, but this is time consuming when we have to do that individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have about 6K employees that we used to have to issue paper contracts for every year and now bulk send has saved us time and money. We used to need about 5 people creating these documents and many middlemen to ensure it would go to the employee and to relay any messages back and forth. Now using this bulk send feature we only need myself to send out these contracts and I could chat with the employees directly using the comment/chat section. This will allow for employees to ask questions more freely and allows be to provide a prompt response, while keeping administrators CC'd and in the loop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have worked with DocuSign and other e-signature companies and PandaDoc has exceeded our expectations. User friendly for all. Meets all the needs of my organization. Simple to use. Easy to get in contact with help.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, the customer support is fast and helpful, and the automation is just so helpful for your everyday work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little too much „here is our manual, please read it“. A certain on boarding would be nice!

Send out many contracts that require customization ion efficiently. It‘s perfect with the templates to manage recurring contracts in a streamlined way
Easy to use and the free version covers most needs.

Being able to set signature order is great so I can use it for simple agreement forms and set it for the external person to sign first.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version you have to make sure you have the document in the exact right format from the start. If you need to change something or remove a page, you'll likely need to delete the document and start again. Even that doesn't take too long to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid, we had make a big change from hard signatures to digital much more often and quite often we work with folks without easy access to a printer. PandaDoc gives us an ability to do digital signatures and even saves us a step at the end by sending a copy to the external signer once completed. It's been a big time saver.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a low lift digital signature solution, PandaDoc is great. You can upgrade for additional features, but the free version has all the basic needs covered so it's a good entry point into the product.
