very helpful and easy-to-use
What do you like best about the product?
most helpful about PandaDoc is it's very fast and easy way to sign the docs with plenty of members in the agreement.
What do you dislike about the product?
the downsides of using PandaDoc is the first in signature is first and last name and some members don't know how to choose the option and really sign the document so they use the first option which is not their real signature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business problems PandaDoc helping us solve are signing an agreement with a new customer. It's fast, easy and high tech

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive. Easy to create documents and templates and track.
What do you dislike about the product?
No digital signature stamp. It would be nice to have something similar to Adobe for verification purposes.

New hire documentation. On boarding my new hires and maintaining all paperwork.

All the emails. I'd prefer just to get the completion email.

The ease of use and all of the features allow you to really make each document your own. Anything from adding photos, to combining docs, etc. Very intuitive.

Not 100% friendly with copy and paste from MS word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency has sped up immensely in our contract process.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really easy to use in creating documents for signature. Likewise, clients have had no problem receiving, signing, and returning documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The certificates of authenticity are big and awkward, forming an additional page on orders. I prefer the box of numbers around the signature that you see on docusign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using PandaDoc for client signature on retainer contracts makes it easier and faster to obtain client commitments. I can get signatures from clients who do not have computers and printers but only phones.
Quick, Easy and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly communicate and obtain signatures from members has streamlined our internal processes and allowed us to cut down unnecessary time using other methods to obtain wet signatures. We have had no issues with outside providers (hospitals, schools, etc.) being familiar with the certificate received and releasing records.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not yet run into any concerns with using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working to gain a better understanding of the product and developing templates to fit the need of our agency. The primary benefit has been the decrease in obtaining approvals and the cost associated with mailing documents for wet signatures. We have an agency of staff who are not extremely tech-savvy, and they have been able to understand and use the product seamlessly and without concern to meet agency needs. The PandaDoc team has been exceptional and responsive to our questions relating to implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a meeting with the PandaDoc team and end-user staff to explain the needs and allow them to communicate with you regarding how they can meet those needs. Our engagement with the team assured us that the product would fit our business needs and be implemented timely. Compare the cost of PandaDoc with competing companies as Panda provided us with a product that produced the same result at a lower price. Compare and explore the templates!!! PandaDoc's templates are much easier to develop and use than some of its high-cost competitors.
Panda is WYSISWYG - straight forward and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
The price is right, which helps, but the interface is very easy to manage and I can upload and send my documents quickly. It's easier than the well-known competitor, which saves me time that I can devote to making money instead of administrative tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gives a lot of notices about every step of the process. It seems like I get 4-5 notifications every time I have a document e-signed. Then again, it might be pesky, but it's also a valuable feature. So, I'm not complaining!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick processing of my legal services agreement helps me to have a client avoid the printing, faxing, scanning dilemmas. I'm not sure how people avoid having a printer (and ink in it) or a scanner in this day and age, but most only have their cell phones. Any delay in executing the documents may result in a lost customer, so this is a godsend. It is a legally binding signature as well!
Way better than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
UI is simple and digestible for their admin portal and for the recipient of the forms. The rate is also fixed instead of "per envelope" which is how DocuSign charges.
Was using DocuSign before because it was well-known, but always had issues with their UX/UI, and their envelope fee structure didn't make sense. Switching to PandaDoc has been a full upgrade from everything we were receiving at DocuSign.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't need to use features like payments and reporting, they are just extra things as part of the plan. In a healthcare context, you need a more premium plan for the BAA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for healthcare and we got a BAA with them. Patients find it simple to use and I have forms on iPads for patients who need to be in-person. All the completed documents are easy to organize and manage on the platform.
Great product, intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to be able to use a form over and over by copying the forms. I also enjoy how it lets me know when my applicant has completed their application.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version no longer supports file uploads, which are important to how I use PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for onboarding paperwork of all sorts and it works great for that. I recently have been using it to complete hotel credit card authorization forms and it does a great job! I often get unfillable PDFs from hotels that expect me to print and sign the CC form, but we don't use paper at my organization so this application works great for that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make copies of your documents and use them as templates. It makes the free version way more useful.
Good Stuff
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create template blocks/sections/sheets to modify any document easily. I also like that PandaDoc handles all of the reminder emails. It's nice to have those consistently go out to documents that need signing without having to think about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automating line items and proposals seems to have issues. I would really like to have proposals auto-generated with information and pricing, so all it takes is a review before sending, but it always needs a bit of tweaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems PandaDoc solves are being able to automate proposal creation by adding client info at every instance throughout the document with variables, easy and secure document signing, and the ability to accept payments all in one location. I've most noticed benefits through automation and variables since that saves several minutes on each document.
