Facilitates processes
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc already facilitating processes within our company. Making the contractual and document procedures more comfortable, which translates into better communication and attention to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have not identified a user immediately, and the document could not be sent; But it has only happened once, which shows the fullness of the program by advancing in the urgent sending of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire client contractual strategy has been solved with PandaDoc. It is effective, fast and provides security. It gives clients peace of mind, and has support for each document.
Easy to navigate, great features, and excellent value
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is an excellent way of collecting esignatures. So far I have found all the features I need available on the free plan. Easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet had any issues or things that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to collect esignatures from clients which allows me to streamline my processes
Super easy digital document completion
What do you like best about the product?
You can drag and drop a PDF into the tool and then populate "Signature," "Text," "Date," and other fields right onto the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited tracking data with the "freemium" version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having better control on sending out contracts, NDAs, etc. Easier collaboration/visibility with my team!

Get ready for much better document management!
PandaDoc helps us renew our customer agreements quickly and easily!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up templates with text and merge fields, ready to be used to create a document quickly and easily at any given point in time. I also like how easy it is to set up integrations between PandaDoc and our platform via Zapier. PandaDoc's API is very robust and easy to make use of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I haven't had any frustrations with the PandaDoc service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use PandaDoc for the following functions:
- Sending proposal agreements to get new customers signed up.
- Sending contract renewal agreements to get existing customers re-contracted with us.
- Sending Work Order forms for any professional services or added workshops we are providing our customers.
Each process works perfectly in PandaDoc; setting a signing order is fantastic, and our customers find it simple to navigate and sign their contracts.

Fast and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The free version has a ton of great features, and it's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could manually send reminders in the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can send more contracts per month than other 'free' tools. Easy to add cc's, and the recipients can send to others to sign.
Great tool for e-signing and more
What do you like best about the product?
I use the esigning, and I think it is amazing that it is so simple to us as I am a tech non-whizz.
I recently had an issue and support resolved it politely and very efficiently + also followed up to ensure I was happy with the resolution. I really appreciate the service-mindedness.

I don't have any coomplaints about Pandadoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scanning, sharing and storing documents - now I save paper (=nature), and it is quick, simple, efficient -Scanned and legally binding.
PandaDoc solves problems
What do you like best about the product?
Auto-save. Sometimes we lose connectivity, but not our PandaDocs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not totally intuitive (or not EXACTLY like other word processing software - "Word" etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communications problems. The benefit realized is time-savings when composing outgoing documents.
Great contracting software!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of pandadoc for uploading / creating templates and I LOVE the tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc can be a little annoying to get used to when customizing the documents. Especially since they did their "update."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc has allowed my company to collaborate in editing contracting materials and given us greater transparency into is those receiving them are opening them or getting them at all.

The simplicity of use. Very user friendly

I have to fill in each blank- wish it was automatic

Proposals & Agreements made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Our team has proposal templates with our products in there so it's easy to generate pricing. It is also a smooth process walking the client through the pricing and making any necessary adjustments
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send out a contract, it would be nice to have a copy of the email go out to me as well. Perhaps this is possible I just have not figured it out yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to live in google slides to generate pricing and present pricing, I can do it straight from the proposal templates we have.
