What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it's easy to use and has a simple UI. This helps me save time. I also appreciate that I don't have to be in person to send a contract, making it possible to work virtually. The initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I haven't had any issues.

I don't have to be in person to send a contract to a new client or contractor, allowing us to work virtually. The ease of use and simple UI save me time.

I love how PandaDoc is really easy to use and straightforward. Whether I'm editing documents, placing things for signature, or sending, I haven't encountered any issues. The credits it provides for free are really appreciated and generous.

I've literally never had any issues with it, so there's nothing I can say that I dislike.

I like how easy PandaDoc makes it to create, send, and track proposals. The templates save a ton of time, the drag-and-drop editor keeps everything consistent, and the real-time notifications let me know exactly when a document is viewed or signed. It brings order to the process in a way that feels clean and dependable, which makes life a whole lot easier on busy days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish PandaDoc had an internal spell check feature. I also wish it were easier to rearrange the order of documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the headache of managing proposals, contracts, and approvals across multiple stakeholders. Before, documents would get lost in email threads or require constant follow-ups. Now, everything is centralized, easy to track, and automates reminders for signatures. This saves time, reduces errors, and keeps projects moving forward smoothly, helping me close deals faster and stay organized without extra effort.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc as my source for sending secure agreements to my sales prospects. I really like the ease of sending off an agreement and how it includes syncing with my CRM. The syncing with my CRM allows the entire firm to easily view which agreement a client is on, and it requires very little effort on my end. Additionally, the initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think making adjustments to the agreements could be easier. I recently spent a lot of time trying to widen a column. Eventually, I worked around it. But it took multiple people from my firm trying to get the desired end result. (This could totally be user error.)

I use PandaDoc to securely send agreements to sales prospects, solving the problem of easy agreement sending. It syncs with my CRM, making it simple for my firm to track client agreements with minimal effort.

I also appreciate the ability to edit documents and easily search through old proposals, which enhances efficiency and allows for quick reference to past work. The initial setup was pretty seamless, contributing to a smooth transition from our previous software, Proposify, and making it a great tool for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like PandaDoc to include a read receipt feature so I can verify when my clients have viewed the proposals. Additionally, it would be beneficial to receive notifications if a client encounters a blocker that prevents the email from being sent. Enabling these features could enhance the communication and tracking aspects of using PandaDoc.

I use PandaDoc to send out proposals and get notified when clients receive them, making it easy to track proposal status and navigate past proposals.
Speed is EVERYTHING!
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface! It is extremely intuitive to generate a document to sign, complete the form fields and get it sent out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of the free version! This is expected though, if ever my needs warrant a paid version I will upgrade.

Speed to sign documents. Real estate transactions need to move quickly in order to be effective in the business of investing. This speed is CRITICAL for my business

It offers various features like signing, templates etc. It integrates easily with CRM and I use every time I need to sign or create contract. The implementation is straightforward and easy to begin with. The customer support is also great in providing the necessary steps and documentation when needed.

The more advances suites are locked behind the heavily priced tiers and sometimes it might be slow.
