Nothing I dislike about it. I do wish it spoke more to the form when filling out the initial form to fill out similar fields in the document.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's easy to track the document, edit everything in there, and also upload my own PDFs to edit. It's very quick to create and edit, and easy for the customer to navigate. It means that customers can sign quickly and know exactly what they need to do.

PandaDoc is very easy to use for my elderly customer base, providing simple instructions and an easy interface. It streamlines document editing and tracking, allowing quick creation and signing of agreements.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and they make it easy to follow the document through the process. Also, PandaDoc signatures carry legal weight. Obviously this is a must.
Getting up and running with PandaDoc is easy and they send notifications when the other party reads and when they sign the document. Efficient use of time.
On top of this, their help service was quick and efficient. I deeply appreciated the speed of their responses and their solving the issue swiftly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any downsides. Thy have a free service for companies starting out and on a tight budget, and then they offer various packages for larger more active companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is scattered across continents and we rarely get to see each other. Despite this we can quickly and legal govern our company while traveling abroad. Without this service we would not be able to operate in this manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc reviews to evaluate its features for managing business documents. I love the quick document creation using templates and a drag-and-drop editor. The ability to secure e-signatures simplifies the signing process for clients and internal teams effectively. I appreciate the workflow automation that allows setting up approval chains and automated reminders, which keeps document processes moving smoothly. By consolidating the entire document lifecycle into a single, automated ecosystem, I can complete up to 87% more documents in about half the time. I like choosing from over 1,000 customizable templates, which aids in fast and professional document creation. Its integration with other business tools is also valuable, allowing automation of data entry and streamlining signing workflows. By connecting PandaDoc with tools like Salesforce, I can auto-fill document data and track real-time statuses, enhancing efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find PandaDoc's editing limitations frustrating because once a document is sent, I can't make changes. If there's a typo or a pricing error, I have to void the whole document and start again, which really messes up the workflow. The pricing model is also a downside for smaller businesses since many key features like bulk sending and advanced analytics are only available in the pricier plans. The mobile app isn't great either. It's pretty clunky and lacks the ability to properly edit or create complex documents, and there's no support for offline editing, which is a pain for field teams.

I like the ease of use of PandaDoc. The e-signature feature is the easiest because it involves very few steps. I appreciate its efficiency in receiving signed contracts back faster. It was also much more cost-efficient than DocuSign, which was why we switched. The initial setup was very easy.

What I like best about PandaDoc is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean, the features are straightforward, and it makes creating and sending documents incredibly simple. It saves me a lot of time, especially with templates and tracking. I also like that I can see when someone opens a document because it helps me follow up at the right moment. Overall, it makes my workflow faster and helps me stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about PandaDoc. The only thing I would mention is that a few features could be a bit easier to find like content library.

PandaDoc is solving the problem of slow and messy document workflows. It lets me create, send, and track documents all in one place, which saves a lot of time. I no longer have to jump between tools or wait on signatures. Everything moves faster and feels much more organized.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Pandadoc to manage our contracts and estimates, which helps ensure that our terms and conditions are properly read and signed. The option to create estimates and save templates is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were integrations with QuickBooks that would allow us to accept ACH and card payments at the same fees we currently offer our customers. This would help us maintain consistency with the payment portal we are already using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with Hubspot allows me to easily create and edit contracts, linking them directly to a customer's account. This seamless connection has greatly simplified both data tracking and contract management for me.
