Efficient Document Management, Perfect Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I specifically like the ability to edit service agreements if needed, and the system automatically discards the previous agreement to prevent clients from signing an incorrect one. I also like the option to email by using a specified link that can be sent directly to the client. Having the ability to edit without creating a new service agreement saves time, especially when small details like suite numbers are missing. If there is an issue with the client receiving the service agreement through PandaDoc, the option to copy and send the link to the client saves time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used the program for 2 years and currently it provides the features I need. No dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc solves the problem of manually creating service agreements by allowing edits without starting over and stores signed documents for easy access. The link email feature speeds up client communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the features that enable live collaboration with colleagues. These tools make it much easier to work together in real time and streamline our teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the automated email correspondence to be frustratingly slow. While I do value its persistence, I believe that after three or four instances where the recipient has read but not opened any links, the system should stop all further communication with those deemed unresponsive.

The platform allows for direct communication between accounts.

Panda Doc offers customizable templates and an intuitive drag-and-drop editor, allowing you to create professional proposals, contracts, quotes, and forms efficiently. This approach saves a significant amount of time compared to doing everything manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Panda Doc offers advanced features like automation, payments, and analytics, but these are frequently restricted to higher-tier plans. This can make the platform expensive for small businesses, freelancers, or startups that are working with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually writing proposals, contracts, and quotes takes a lot of time, involves copying/pasting, and increases risk of errors and Panda Doc offers pre-built templates, drag-and-drop editing, and reusable content blocks to build professional documents quickly

As I am in the HR domain, it helps me send offer letters and new-hire paperwork while also managing legal documents with version control.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of document version control and legal compliance. In HR, it’s critical that every employee signs the most up-to-date policies. With PandaDoc’s template locking and audit trails, we have a permanent, legally-binding record of exactly when a document was viewed and signed. It eliminates the risk of lost paperwork or using outdated contract templates. It is one of the best softwares I've come across.

Sometimes it is hard to find where everything is. It gets a little confusing the organization.

PandaDoc ensures that our clients have signed their contracts, and allow me to provide the information that is on them to the clients when they ask for it.

If there was a way to upload .pdf documents into PandaDoc and have them be editable.

PandaDoc makes creating and sharing documents incredibly straightforward, even when using the free version. The user interface is clean and intuitive, allowing you to get started quickly without any hassle. I appreciate how simple it is to generate documents, send them out for e-signature, and monitor their status in real time. From a QA and development standpoint, the workflow is thoughtfully designed, and actions such as document updates, status changes, and audit trails are consistent and easy to verify. Additionally, its integration with other tools helps streamline daily tasks with minimal setup required. It's very easy to use of non technical people as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback lies in the free version, where several advanced features such as templates, enhanced customization options, and in-depth analytics are only available with paid plans. This can make things feel limiting, especially if you're trying to test or scale your use cases. Additionally, when working with more complex workflows or automation, you may soon find yourself constrained unless you choose to upgrade. This situation might not be ideal for small teams or individuals who are simply experimenting or trying to validate their use cases.

PandaDoc addresses the challenges of manual document management, approvals, and signatures by centralizing these processes within a single platform. This eliminates the need for juggling multiple tools, lengthy email threads, and manual tracking, which in turn minimizes errors, saves valuable time, and enhances visibility into the status of documents. In my role as a QA, PandaDoc supports consistency and traceability throughout document workflows. From a developer's perspective, it streamlines integration and removes the necessity to create custom solutions for document signing or tracking, enabling greater focus on developing the core product.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc allows us to send important documents and agreement back and fourth with our patient's. It also allows us to get important documents E-signed by the patients and referring office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever the site crashes, I do have to re download and give permissions to use it with other apps.

This is how we communicate our cancellation policies and special documents that require signatures.

Mobile editing is a little bit harder than the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me create any kind of agreement and quotes and collect signatures online. No printing needed. I can also create custom agreements (other than built-in templates) to manage contacts easily.

I like how easy it is to use and change templates in PandaDoc. It's totally customizable, which means I can change documents on the fly and get the signature I need. The initial setup was very easy, and I appreciate the overall functionality of the platform.

I don't like that you should be able to re-send docs with the free version.

I use PandaDoc to get signatures easily on sales contracts. It’s totally customizable, letting me change docs on the fly. The ease of using and changing templates makes it valuable.
