What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about PandaDoc is how quickly and easily I can create professional-looking documents. The drag-and-drop editor, along with hundreds of customizable templates and an intuitive user interface, allows me to save about three hours on paperwork. Additionally, the ability to track when a document has been viewed or signed gives lawyers full visibility into client engagement. Overall, it’s a straightforward, effective, and user-friendly solution for managing proposals, contracts, and approvals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be frustrating when importing existing documents into Word, as the formatting does not always transfer smoothly throughout the entire file. Additionally, some advanced features and template control options are restricted to higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting as teams expand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc streamlines the process of creating, approving, and signing contracts and proposals by bringing everything together on a single platform. This approach not only saves me time and reduces the risk of manual errors, but also gives me greater insight into client engagement thanks to real-time tracking and automated document management.
Effortless File Handling and Custom Templates Make It a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly it is. I especially like that all I need to do is drag the file I want and then simply choose whether I want an editable version or not. After that, everything else is even more straightforward. I also like that you can create your own templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike it, but I'm not a fan of the fact that when you add, for example, a request for a signature, you can't see whether it will fit in the available space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool assists me in ensuring that contracts are fully executed by all necessary parties.

The platform is easy to use, especially for new users, and it offers professional-looking documents suitable for both clients and employees. The pricing is excellent for small businesses. I really appreciate the templates, as they make managing everything much simpler.

I like that PandaDoc is a secure place for my clients to upload many documents and that it updates in real time. It's pretty easy and user friendly, which makes using it a smooth experience.

There are some issues that I've had with PandaDoc clearing out certain fields when the documents have been forwarded that have caused some issues with my organization.

I find PandaDoc to have an intuitive platform and a user-friendly interface, which is great for managing documents related to deals, proposals, and contracts. I appreciate the numerous software integration options it offers, making it versatile to use alongside other tools like HubSpot. Additionally, the strong security aspects are a priority for me, especially when dealing with confidential information, and PandaDoc provides this efficiently. The setup was easy, with clear instructions, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more advanced search filter can be improved. More parameters for applying filter apart from contract name, region etc.

I like the best thing for PandaDoc is use for Esign documents and invoices

but here the disappoint things is only 5 file allowed in 1 months

at the time of Audit file need to sign by our director that time its help me through PandaDoc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it's really easy to use and has an intuitive interface. It's pretty simple to set up templates and adjust existing ones. I also find it great at automating document generation directly out of our CRM, which is currently Pipedrive. This integration means I can automatically generate documents directly from Pipedrive and send them to clients quickly within a couple of minutes. The initial setup was really easy and took just about ten to fifteen minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes being able to easily update templates is not always that easy, but other than that, nothing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc great for automating document generation, allowing me to generate documents directly from Pipedrive and quickly send them to clients.

The linked fields within its functions are particularly useful for my daily workflow, making the process easier and more efficient. Additionally, I find the initial setup of the program quite simple, which is a plus when starting with a new tool.

I would like PandaDoc to offer a more suitable subscription plan for micro-enterprises or a pay-per-use option for small businesses.

Additionally, I often utilize some of their templates that prove to be extremely helpful in expediting tasks and achieving compliance. The overall ease of setup for PandaDoc was also very satisfactory, allowing me to get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had one problem trying to log in from my personal account to sign a document via Gmail.
