File cloud solves the problem of unsafe file sharing and limited access.we can open my file anytime and share it securely

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to host everything on your own server, so you don't have to rely on Microsoft or any other company to maintain the servers and hope that they don't have large issues that prevent access to your files. As long as you can access your server, you can get into your files easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up complex sharing or granular permissions can be difficult and confusing. Some users report challenges with setting up on-premise environments, specifically with mounting drives on Mac or managing Docker images.

Generous Storage Plans, Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate FileCloud's generous plans and the easy navigation which makes it a very nice experience for me. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.

FileCloud solves my storage issues with generous plans and easy navigation, making for a very nice experience.
Secure Platform to Manage and Share Files
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it gives me full control over my data. I can decide where to store files and who can access them. The platform is safe and easy to use once it’s set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup takes a little time, especially for new users. Also, the pricing could be a bit lower compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my files safe and share them easily. I have full control over who can see or use my data, and it makes working with my team much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about FileCloud is the control it gives me. You’re not locked into someone else’s ecosystem. You decide where your data lives, how it’s accessed and who touches it. The interface is clean, the security is airtight and it scales without turning into a headache. It feels like owning the vault instead of just renting a safety deposit box.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about FileCloud is the setup curve. It’s not plug-and-play like some lightweight tools. You’ve got to invest time upfront to configure it the right way, especially if you’re handling complex permissions or integrations. Once it’s dialed in, it runs smooth, but that first stretch can feel heavy if your team’s not technical. Just saying

FileCloud solves the nightmare of data sprawl and security gaps. Instead of juggling multiple file-sharing tools and worrying about compliance, I’ve got one secure hub where everything is tracked, controlled, and easy to access. The benefit is peace of mind. My clients trust the way we handle their information and my team saves time because we’re not chasing files across different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a very easy platform to work with. Everything from setup to maintenance has been nothing but simple and intuitive.

The only thing that I wish we could do would be to offer the mobile apps to the free External Users.

What do you like best about the product?
FileCloud has provided our office with enhanced functionality and flexibiity to securely share data on an as needed basis or through specific use case scenarios with ease. Implemenation was easy and took us a very short time to go from startup to system usage, and we found it very easy to intergrate into our exising office policies and procedures
Staff have found it easy to use and navigate either through the web portal or through the Sync Desktop Application. Customer Support has been great in the rare accasion that we have encouterd a problem.

Securely secure files and set expiration dates for tempoary access to information to individuals or 3rd parties. Providng a centralized repository for the exchange of data with outside agencies that we do not have a private or secure link to. Flexibility to grant user or group permissins to specific file(s) or folder(s)
Excellent File Sharing Cloud Server
What do you like best about the product?
I like FileCloud becuase it helps me in working with a team of freelancers. It can easily send them large files via FileCloud by creating and managing file folders for them to work on. When I assigned jobs to them and send work in the file folder, they get notified by FileCloud quickly. They do start work on them and complete them on time. So it is very beneficial for me in my business. I do recommend others to use FileCloud for their business needs. It is very useful Cloud Server. Thanks FileCloud for all these.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is very perfect, I'm still looking for some improvement in the look and feel of the platform. Maybe there would be some room of improvement which can be implemented to enhance the feature of FileCloud more and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FileCloud is solving me the purpose of file sharing to my freelancers who are working remotely around the globe. When I'm sending them large files via FileCloud, they can easily getting them in their folders which is created by me for them to work on. They get notified by FileCloud always whenever I assigned work to them. FileCloud makes my business run very smoothly.
