Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

What do you like best about the product?
Brex is really easy to use and makes booking travel and submitting reimbursement requests seamless. I travel a lot for work, so have the Brex card and app make my life so much easier. It often fills in information about my trip for me automatically, which is a godsend. Brex's service team is also amazing and has made my experience that much better. Their team is by far the most attentive and effective I've ever worked with. All around an excellent platform and team!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have trips and many transactions going on, it can be hard to keep track of certain payments and cancellations. With certain cancellations, I find I have to manually keep track of whether the refund has come through or not, so automating that would be super.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is making the whole company travel and reimbursement process so easy. With our old system, we had to upload all of our receipts manually and add each line item individuals to submit for reimbursement. With Brex, if you use the Brex card, the payment is automatically recorded for the company and you don't have to do any manual submission. It also makes company expense guidelines clear, which removes a lot of the guesswork from booking travel and making any other work-related purchases.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to make selections in each menu of the Wallet section for expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that more people don't know about Brex and its software. I wish it was more popular and more in the community conscious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex is making it much easier for me to submit expense reports and to keep track of projects and travel while I am a few states away from the home office.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my Brex card was accessible in my Apple Wallet immediately, with a transaction working in minutes, and a physical card shipped within 3 days. It supports multiple different funds so I can easily allocate my expenses. The fact that it works in my Apple Wallet and was activated immediately is what I like most, since it allowed instant access to enable me to do my job. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I wish that funds could be viewed in multiple different currencies. My card is USD but I am located in AUD.","I have a company allowance and not understanding the true value in my local currency can mean over or underspending."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brex makes it easy to manage expenses and cards at a large scale with reduced overhead. It supports multiple buckets so I can easily allocate expenses. It works in my Apple Wallet and was activated immediately, giving me instant access to do my job.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like using a company card without using a company card! As easy as swiping my own card. Then receipts/purchases are easy to submit via the app!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to upload receipts and have them “read,” so I don’t have to go into all the specifics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amounts that are placed on hold or show up as double charges aren’t easy to dispute. In my case, they still get deducted from the spending limit I have with my company. This isn’t on Uber’s behalf; it’s on Brex, but I still can’t dispute them, which makes it a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of me not having to use yet another app or website to upload the ticket, and not having to over-explain every receipt.
