    What do you like best about the product?
    Implementing Qualified was one of the smoothest software rollouts we've had, thanks to the team's well-defined onboarding process. Our "Success Architect", Rhoda, was fantastic to work with throughout the implementation and onward. The whole experience was highly collaborative and hands-on.

    Within our first month, we were already seeing measurable results that we could directly attribute to the platform. PiperX and the AI SDR capabilities have been a valuable addition to our go-to-market motion, and we're excited to continue building on the initial foundation.

    On top of that, the product interface is intuitive and easy to navigate (they also have a robust academy), making it simple for our team to start using.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    So far, I haven't encountered anything I don't like — in terms of features or functionality we ask for, the team is quick to find a workaround or add it to their roadmap.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The Qualified / PiperX / AI SDR is helping us engage and qualify high-intent website visitors in real time, rather than relying solely on traditional form fills or logic-based chatbots. We can create more personalized conversations, route the right prospects to our sales team faster, and capture opportunities that might have otherwise been missed.

    The biggest benefit has been the speed-to-value. We saw measurable pipeline impact within our first month.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Qualified has a real advantage because they provide a Qualified Success Architect— in our case, Robin. Her project management was consistently on point. Whenever she needed to address contract questions or technical concerns, she made sure the right people were on the call to resolve them. We always left those conversations with a clear direction and a solid path forward.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    In our case, our routing rules were too complicated to enter directly, and it turned into quite a chore. As a result, we had to roll it out by region. It wasn’t terrible, but it did slow things down.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It’s helping our sales team stay more engaged with our web leads. It also gives us a great opportunity to build trust with sales and demonstrate that the marketing leads are truly on point. I’m looking forward to digging into additional insights so we can better understand where the site has content gaps and create stronger, more cohesive user journeys for all of our visitors. It also gives our site visitors an opportunity to address Sora with all their questions about our products.

    The level of service we receive from Qualified is outstanding. Our CSM truly partners with us on our initiatives and is consistently available to help with strategy, troubleshooting, and any questions that come up along the way.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    When issues come up with the AI SDR, it often feels like they’re putting their resources into the next product version instead of fixing the current one.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Qualified is helping us explore the AI SDR approach while reducing the amount of noise that reaches our human SDRs, so they can stay focused on the conversations that matter.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how natural and helpful the AI agent experience feels with Qualified. It makes it easy to engage visitors in real time and guide prospects to the right next step without creating friction, offering a much better website experience than traditional chat tools. The AI agent is great at providing instant answers, surfacing relevant content, and guiding prospects based on their intent and interests, improving the overall buyer experience and increasing the likelihood of conversion into meaningful sales conversations. The strong AI agent experience stands out, and Qualified's integrations with tools like Salesforce and Marketo are vital for lead routing and account identification. The setup was very easy, with well-documented resources from Qualified University. Our QSA was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and persistent, making the experience of launching our agent great. Additionally, the platform has a great UI and is easy to navigate.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One area for improvement is giving admins more visibility into why the AI agent responds the way it does in certain situations. While the agent experience is strong, additional reporting, conversation insights, and optimization recommendations would make it easier to continuously refine performance and maximize results. As adoption of AI agents grows, deeper analytics and controls will also increasingly be important for marketing teams.

    Qualified enhances chat experience, solves slow lead response, identifies intent, qualifies prospects, and improves lead routing, boosting conversions.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Qualified is creating revenue for our team without creating a poor front-end experience for our users, customers, and prospects.

    At the end of the day this is a revenue generation tool, and it is excelling there.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There are a lot of components to Qualified. At first Qualified can feel a bit overwhelming, but their QSA team has been WONDERFUL (Rhoda) at helping us stay calm, organized and have a clean launch.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Qualified is a smarter front-end for our users and prospects. Instead of capturing obvious demand, Qualified can get prospects interested in our tool, assure them it will work for their use cases and then connect them with our sales team.

    This saves a manual team sitting on the chat bot tool all day waiting for a message to come in.
