What do you like best about the product?
I like that Qualified is easy to deploy. The service team and qualified architect were really helpful to us during the implementation. The whole setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing for now and we will share shortly as we have started using the tool from last month

I find Qualified effective for converting visitors into prospects via the chatbot, which helps in lead generation and answers customer service questions.

Building out workflows can feel a bit tedious at times, but I think that’s more a reflection of how complex our industry is than a problem with the product itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking meetings after normal SDR hours and actively following up with abandoned meeting bookers.

Qualified is easy to use, unlocks so many new use cases, and the support team is so easy to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
When new product features come out, the only way to keep up to date is visit a blog. We typically aren’t told otherwise.

Visitors to the website get immediate answers to questions and creating additional leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is amazing and incredibly powerful, and so far we’ve only scratched the surface of what it can do. The support has been just as great; shout-out to Matthew for being incredible throughout our implementation and beyond, as we continue to tweak and refine the best way to integrate the platform with our existing CRMs and other systems.
Piper is awesome and we include a version of her (Oscar the trash grouch) on our site that improves the user experience while driving more opportunities for us.

The platform can be quite complex and difficult to navigate and edit unless you put a lot of time into learning it and/or you have a great rep to help you

Superb Onboarding and Quick Setup with Qualified

What do you like best about the product?
I really like working with the Qualified team. Josh from Qualified has been outstanding as our QSA. Their support team is fantastic, and they helped get us onboarded within six weeks, matching our quick pace and readiness to go. Once we integrated our tech stack, everything was ready to go immediately. I find the setup very easy; as soon as we were given access, I had everything connected within minutes. We liked Qualified's ability to use AI, which has been great for better marketing and booking meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a few things that I think Qualified could be better with. It's just the email part of it or enrolling people into campaigns or having them better integrated with list building from tools like HubSpot or Demandbase. You have to do most of it via Salesforce or via Qualified itself. There should be a better way of interacting with the tools we have. It has some level of integration, but it could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified books more meetings for SDRs, improves lead follow-up speed and precision, and increases interactions with website visitors to schedule meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Qualified is to work with and set up. I enjoy how seamlessly the platform integrates and simplifies campaign creation, which was surprisingly straightforward. Working with the Qualified team has been a good experience, and Josh, our Success Architect, has made a significant impact with his responsiveness and expertise. His support in optimizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and helping think through new use cases has been crucial. Additionally, the platform has been instrumental in increasing inbound meeting conversion, improving speed to lead, and enhancing our account-based marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, but our biggest concern is validating if Qualified is actually helping or if we would have still booked the meetings regardless of using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified to increase inbound meeting conversions, streamline meeting bookings, and improve speed to lead for inquiries. It helps us identify high-intent website visitors and supports account-based marketing with personalized website experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main objectives of my org in getting Qualified was to increase the speed to lead. With Qualified, we cut down the time of our field team getting in front of inbound requests with the meeting booker functionality. We are able to track the ROI with Qualified clearly in our Salesforce reports and dashboards.
The chatbot is great for providing custom chat experiences based off of what someone is chatting about and also the segment that chatter falls in, as well. I appreciate being able to train the AI not only on our website, but on offline content as well in order to pad the AI with as much knowledge as possible.
Their AI email feature is something my team is now using in year 2 of Qualified and find it especially useful as a part of our events motion, both from a pre- and post- event strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX has been designed brilliantly with user journey in mind. Very intuitive and easy to navigate (even with the upgrades)
Its integration with Salesforce is comprehensive
Piper X is a great upgrade with much easier usability
Whilst we are still early in our rollout of Piper X, we have seen great conversations which have been accurate and smooth for the visitor.
ROI whilst still early, we have seen deals created.
Support has been on point throughout the whole process with Luben, Lauren and the support desk.
Performance whilst still early is very promising and where we see we need improvements, they are easy to make.
