What do you like best about the product?

It’s user-friendly and doesn’t require too many steps. I like that it’s easy to use and straightforward.

I don’t have anything I dislike about the Brex app.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex helps me organize my expenses and provides an easy way to find the locations I need.

I get a company card that has an imposed limit. Its perfect for our use case.

What do you like best about the product?

Brex is a great tool for managing expenses across different accounts. It’s very easy to use, and the mobile app is especially user-friendly. My favorite feature is the text function: it sends me a text notification after each transaction, and I can reply with a memo that gets added to the charge. I used to handle my expenses at the end of the month, and by then it was hard to remember what each charge was for, so this makes staying on top of everything much easier.

There is nothing I dislike so far. I've had a good experience using Brex.

Brex allows all the employees to have company cards with different accounts for different purposes.

What do you like best about the product?

Brex is very intuitive and easy to use, and their mobile app is awesome. Whenever my company needs to assign me a budget for expenses, everything works pretty seamlessly with Brex.

I have never experienced any issues while using Brex.

Brex makes it easier for my company to assign budget for expenses for various activities (work trips expenses, learning budget, etc).

What do you like best about the product?

I love that Brex is a fantastic platform for all of my business needs, like paying vendors and managing receivables. It makes transactions very easy, solving the problem of not having seamless transactions. I save probably ten hours a week using Brex, which is incredible. The customer service is also great; interacting with them is easy, and they are very responsive. Their turnaround times are fantastic. Setting up Brex was easy peasy with no issues, and everything was seamless.

I cannot think of a single dislike!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Brex makes transactions very easy, solving the problem of not having seamless transactions. It also simplifies bill payment, saving me probably ten hours a week.

It’s a great tool for managing expenses. It’s straightforward, easy to use, and very intuitive.

What do you dislike about the product?

Submitting expenses could involve less manual work. I think they could use AI to automatically determine the right expense tags, so I wouldn’t have to enter them manually.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps track of all my past expenses in one place. It’s also very easy to sort and quickly find what I’m looking for, without having to dig through old emails.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Brex for corporate expenses and travel. It makes it convenient to plan and prepare for upcoming travel, taking the stress out of payment and tracking while I'm on the road. It's also easy to keep track of receipts for tracking purposes. I like the convenience of sending text messages and the AI's ability to understand the nature of my expenses. I can conveniently send a snapshot of my receipts via text with a related memo, and Brex will save it to the expense immediately. Brex integrates well with our Okta system, making it easy to authenticate and sign in. I also use the mobile app for convenience. Setting up Brex was incredibly easy, and I appreciate that I can pull from one specific budget for my team. Overall, I'm very inclined to recommend Brex, giving it a 10 out of 10.

In the case of a lost receipt, there doesn't seem to be a workaround.

Brex takes the stress out of payments and tracking on the road, simplifies receipt management, and offers convenient features like sending receipts via text. Its AI capability helps in understanding expenses, integrating smoothly with our systems.

So far no negatives. Had a few glitches at the beginning but not as much now

Sometimes it wouldn’t show I uploaded receipts or memos.

Brex simplifies company spending and expense management by combining corporate cards, expense tracking, reimbursements, and budgeting in a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?

Android phone app. Adding a card to the wallet and confirming it through the app works flawlessly.

It's company card, not sure how much we're paying for it.

I can see all my expenses in the app, and I can instantly tell whether a hotel or another institution has overcharged me.
