Reliable Platform with Excellent Video Quality, but Expensive Add-Ons

    Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I like many things about Zoom Workplace. Its overall connection reliability and good video quality, even on weaker connections, help our meetings go smoothly. Specific features like screen sharing are very helpful for team collaboration, as everyone can share their opinions based on what's being presented. The initial setup process is extremely easy, and the user-friendly interface makes it very accessible for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of licensing costs expensive for big and large teams. Occasionally, I notice high system memory usage during large calls, which slows down performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Zoom Workplace eliminates communication problems over hybrid and internal teams with high-definition video quality, ensuring meetings run smoothly. The reliable connection and helpful screen sharing speed up team collaboration.

Reliable All-in-One Collaboration with Excellent Audio/Video and Time-Saving AI Features

    Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace provides a reliable and intuitive collaboration platform that combines meetings, team chat, file sharing, and scheduling in one place. The audio and video quality are consistently excellent, even with larger meetings, and integrations with tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and productivity apps streamline daily workflows. The interface is easy to navigate, onboarding is straightforward, and AI-powered features such as meeting summaries and transcripts help save time and improve productivity. Overall, it delivers strong value for teams by making communication and collaboration more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a strong collaboration platform, but it can become resource-intensive during long meetings or when multiple features are used simultaneously. Some advanced collaboration and AI capabilities are limited to higher-tier plans, which can increase costs for growing teams. I would also like to see a more streamlined interface for managing settings, clearer onboarding for advanced features, and additional customization options for meeting controls and AI-generated summaries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of keeping distributed teams connected by providing a single platform for meetings, messaging, collaboration, and scheduling. It has reduced the need to switch between multiple communication tools, improved collaboration through reliable video conferencing and screen sharing, and accelerated decision-making with AI-powered meeting summaries and transcripts. As a result, our team spends less time coordinating and more time focused on productive work while maintaining clear communication across projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is an Online Videoconferencing Solution with best features like Recording, Waiting Room, Share Screen and what not? Every feature of Zoom is unique in it self. The best feature of Zoom is it's scalability as it stands with you in every situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Developers are providing everything in one app but pricing making it a bit annoying. It should be available for life time also. Prime subscription should be available for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can connect experts online which not only save our time but also lot of investment , if bringing people to site for physical appearance.

Seamless All-in-One Communication with Reliable Call Quality

    Reviewed on Jul 22, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most about Zoom Workplace is how seamlessly it brings everything together video meetings, chat, calendar, and file sharing into a single platform, so we’re not constantly juggling separate apps. Call quality has been consistently reliable for us, even with larger groups, and tools like breakout rooms, screen sharing, and AI-generated meeting summaries make collaboration feel much smoother. It’s also straightforward to onboard new team members because the interface is intuitive and doesn’t take much training to get comfortable with. Overall, Zoom Workplace has become a central part of how our team communicates day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback I’ve run into is that some of the more advanced features such as certain AI tools and expanded cloud-recording storage are locked behind higher-tier plans. As a team grows, those upgrades can start to add up. I’ve also occasionally noticed minor lag or audio sync issues on calls with a large number of participants, although it doesn’t happen often. On top of that, the platform includes so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for people who only need the core video-conferencing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace addresses fragmented communication by bringing meetings, chat, calendar, and file sharing together in one platform. That consolidation reduces the constant app-switching that used to slow our team down. It’s particularly helpful for remote and hybrid teams, because everyone can rely on a single, consistent space for quick check-ins as well as larger, more structured meetings. Features like AI-generated summaries save additional time by cutting back on manual note-taking, which lets us stay focused on the conversation itself. Overall, it has made our collaboration more efficient and lowered the friction that often comes with coordinating across multiple tools.

Zoom Workplace: The Ultimate All-in-One Hub Despite Interface Clutter

    Reviewed on Jul 22, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is a reliable, all-in-one collaboration hub that shines through its rock-solid video stability and virtually zero learning curve for users. Its standout feature is the included AI Companion, which brilliantly automates meeting summaries and catches you up on missed chats, saving hours of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom Workplace can feel bloated and cluttered due to its aggressive expansion into an all-in-one suite.
Navigating between mail, docs, chat, and video inside a single app often creates unnecessary interface noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves app fatigue by consolidating video, chat, phone, and whiteboards into a single, unified platform.
It eliminates the friction of constantly switching between multiple standalone apps for daily communication.
Additionally, its built-in AI Companion prevents information overload by automating meeting summaries and missed chats.
