UVdesk is an open-source helpdesk designed to streamline customer support. It automatically collects requests from emails and web forms into one unified platform. Your team can assign tasks, track progress, and communicate clearly. This AMI is specifically engineered for AWS Graviton (ARM64) instances (such as t4g, m6g, and c7g families), providing a sustainable and cost-effective hosting environment.
Key Features of UVdesk:
Centralized Inbox: Convert scattered customer emails and web form submissions into structured tickets. Your agents manage all tasks in a streamlined interface, preventing missed messages.
Automation Workflows: Set up automation rules for ticket routing and status updates. This maintains consistent support processes and significantly reduces manual effort for your team.
Multi-Channel Support:Accept support requests from various channels like email, web forms, and eCommerce marketplaces. This centralizes customer interactions for streamlined support operations.
Users & Team Management: Create specific teams with different roles and permissions. This helps streamline your internal workflow and securely control access to the helpdesk.
Knowledge Base Setup: Build a self-service portal with helpful articles, FAQs, and tutorials. Customers can find answers quickly, reducing the number of incoming tickets.
Open-Source Flexibility: Enjoy a fully customizable platform that allows modifications and integrations. Developers can extend core features or tailor the software to fit business needs.
