    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Rocketlane for its seamless integration with Salesforce. It means I don't have to create projects or add users manually, as it's all handled through automation. I also appreciate the smooth flow of custom fields and the sync between both systems. The initial setup of Rocketlane was pretty simple.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would like Rocketlane to provide some best practices for the industry I'm in, especially in terms of creating a structure plan or project plan template.

    Rocketlane gives our teams one place to manage customer-facing projects, track progress, and keep everyone aligned. I like that it combines project management, customer visibility, templates, automations, and reporting in a way that supports a consistent implementation process.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some areas still feel like they need more maturity, especially around deeper reporting, admin controls, and certain automation behaviors. As you scale usage across teams, small gaps can create extra manual work or require workarounds.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Rocketlane helps us standardize how we manage customer-facing projects from kickoff through go-live. It gives our internal teams and customers a shared view of project status, milestones, tasks, and ownership, which cuts down on confusion and keeps work moving.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like the billable analytics and reports in Rocketlane. They are super helpful when integrated with Salesforce to get department data. I also find the setup process to be easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think there should be more reports available. Date shifting is a hassle and could be more intuitive. It would be great to have automatic date shifting and updates. Also, more report versatility and more information on tools would have been nice.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Rocketlane for managing project timelines and analytics. The Salesforce integration is great for accessing departmental data through reports.
