What do you dislike about the product?

While Rubrik provides a strong overall experience, there are areas that could be improved. Reporting and dashboard customization can be somewhat limited for organizations that require highly tailored operational metrics and executive-level reporting. Certain advanced workflows may require additional navigation or configuration compared to the simplicity of the core backup experience. There is also an opportunity to enhance cost visibility and capacity forecasting features to help organizations better plan long-term growth and optimize resource utilization.

Rubrik helps solve the challenges of managing backup, recovery, and data protection across a growing and complex infrastructure. Prior to using Rubrik, backup administration and recovery operations required more manual effort and coordination.

I like how Rubrik increases my ability to think critically and helps in solving complex problems. Most of the tools in Rubrik have been liked by me. While building the test automation script, it helped me think critically. Also, the initial setup of Rubrik was quite easy.

The interface is clean and intuitive, so even routine tasks—like managing backups, monitoring compliance, and running restores—can be completed quickly without extensive training.

A major benefit for our team has been its automation. Policy-based backup management cuts down on manual effort and helps maintain consistent protection across our environments. Its integration with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies also makes it easier to manage data protection from a single platform, instead of juggling multiple tools.

I think customer support could definitely improve. They should take more feedback from users and maybe reach out to organizations.

Its ease of use for the person. Even if you are new you can navigate easily and the levwl of protection is reliable is also that i feel as compared to other competitors in the market.

Maybe a too much knowledge at once like you can have a bettwr onboarding process and let people decide abput what all they want to know and what not asper there wish.

It is good at protecting from cuber attacks and ransomeware thats what i am lookinh for ward to and see it do very wfficientky and thats what builds trust also.
