Very intuitive to use and easy to figure out how to do things

wish there was better support for nosql equivalents llike mongo

consolidating backups within 1 solution is very helpful

doesn't have the greatest support for MySQL and Postgre

Server backups and trying to consolidate with an easy to use interface

I like that Rubrik is very user-friendly. I use just about everything in it and find it works well.

I think Rubrik could use more support. The initial setup wasn't hard, but it wasn't exactly easy either. It needed the help of staff support.

Rubrik helps solve minor inventory problems.

The product UX and inaccessible is very friendly. The overall solutions and continued advancements truly have the customer in mind.

None identified at this time. Product support has been great.

Not an easy process to deploy or replace other backup solutions

Reduce the risk of cyber attacks and maintain key business application availability

What do you like best about the product?

I like Rubrik for its flexibility and ability to cover a multitude of issues that our customers face today. The enterprise edition DSPM feature sets are particularly valuable, providing a level of security that our customers really appreciate. The installation process is seamless, which is great for our company as we often install Rubrik for our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?

I'm looking forward to simplifying the licensing with the Flex program.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Rubrik to secure our customers' environment, solving DSPN problems. Its flexibility and coverage of multiple issues are valuable, and the DSPM features enhance security, which our customers love.

What do you like best about the product?

They offer support for multiple cloud providers allowing for one tool to manage multiple infrastructures.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes parity between the cloud providers lags so getting support for a particular deployment at technology can take time. An example is getting Azure Services and data pipelines in automate restore tests.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automation of backups and restoration testing.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how Rubrik is very responsive to issues, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs. The support team is incredibly attentive, and they show how open Rubrik is to feedback. This responsiveness helps make Rubrik valuable, especially when I am at customer sites. Also, I find the initial setup of Rubrik to be very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Documentation is sometimes too simplified when it's a complex implementation. Instances like integrating exocompute or using both Bond 1 and bond 0 for data, it doesn't detail certain outside requirements or how to verify both bonds are running 10gb.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rubrik improves security and usability. Their responsive support team is valuable when addressing issues, troubleshooting, and showing customers how open they are to feedback.

I appreciate how intuitive the platform is, and how easy the deployment was

I find the ability to perform bare metal restores challenging and not always dependable

The ability to dependably backup data center environment, Saas and identify

The single pane og glass approach that replaces multiple tools

The lack of reporting transparency to ise as an audit trail.
